Roles & Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruiting cycle for IT & Non-IT roles.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using innovative methods.
- Conduct HR rounds, negotiate offers, and manage candidate experience.
- Handle onboarding, joining formalities, and employment documentation.
- Drive campus recruitment initiatives and build strong university relationships.
- Support employee engagement initiatives.
Payroll & HR Operations
- Manage monthly payroll processing, attendance, and leave records.
- Address employee queries related to payroll, attendance, and HR policies.
- Maintain and update employee database and generate MIS reports.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record.
- 1–5 years of hands-on experience in recruitment and payroll.
- Prior exposure to IT/Tech hiring and payroll software is a plus.
