Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive PLC engineer with good aptitude in programming.

Candidate should be flexible to work on PLC and eager to learn Embedded software in future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong PLC programming skills in Functional Block Diagram, Ladder Programming, Structured Text and SFC

• Good knowledge of UML diagrams

• Good understanding of Communication protocols over Ethernet.

Good to have:

• Good Communication Skills and Exposure to international customer.

• Experience or knowledge in Software version control tools eg. Git, SVN, etc.

• Eager to learn Embedded C, Firmware development, etc.

• Providing solutions to issues related to the connection of networks and platforms

2. Build & Design conversational chatbots that can be directly deployed for usage bya

large volume of customers.

3. Prepare Chabot user flows and process flows to effectively communicate interaction and

design ideas.

4. Analyze data coming from bot conversation to provide insights w.r.t processes and user

experience enhancement

5. Ensure that the customer understands the solution and receive responses to all open

questions and action items.

6. Prepare solution-related documents and specifications with the ability to write clear,

concise requirements and functional design documentation. Configure the solution,

followed by the creation, execution and maintenance of accurate and detailed test plans

for applicable testing.

7. Drives problem management and associated resolutions delivery with product

management teams.

REQUIRED SKILS

1.Pre-Sales or technical consulting with enterprise software

2. Able to understand technology practitioner - you have got your hands dirty with APIs,

technical definitions, and stitching solutions between partner ecosystems with basic REST

APIs consumption & JSON manipulation knowledge.

3. Excellent understanding of SDLC, Agile & Scrum.

4. Good knowledge of preparation of BRD, FRD, SRS, Use Case, UML, ER Diagrams & Flow

Charts.

5. Creation of user-stories and bridging the gap between the development team, client, and

project manager.
6.Requirement Gathering, Preparation of Documents, Writing Test cases, and UAT.

Responsibilities-

• Developing new user-facing features using React.js, HTML5, CSS3
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

skills-

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3 concepts
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.

• Can develop new approaches to complex design problems and convey these designs in the form of presentations, prototypes, and design specifications
• Excellent time-management, multi-tasking, and communication skills; and the ability to quickly prioritize tasks
• Must communicate clearly and effectively; strong analytical and oral communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the project to on-time and quality delivery as agreed by the client
• Be the part-time project manager
• Raise and negotiate issues and risks with senior management of the client
• Manage profitability of the project
• As the lead designer, he/she needs to guide team members well and facilitate their learning in the organization
• Stay up-to-date with latest achievements, best practices and trends in design
• Candidate should be willing to travel for on-site project executions for short/long durations in India and abroad
• Candidate should be open to temporary/permanent relocation within Think Designs studios in India

Deliverables:

• Due to his/her role as a Project Manager, a Lead UX Designer will be responsible for ensuring on-time and quality delivery of all deliverables for the project even though he/she may not actually work on all of them. Depending on client requirements, as a Lead designer, he/she will be responsible for delivering all or some of the following:
• Design Strategy based on User Mapping, User Stories, Business Needs, Technology inputs
• Wireframes
• Navigation Structures
• Story Boards
• Interactive Guidelines
• Visual Designs
