Role Overview:
As the Head of Product at Betta, you will be responsible for leading the product strategy, development, and innovation of our platform. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience, driving engagement, and contributing to the growth of the Betta brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with the company's vision, goals, and user needs.
- User-Centric Approach: Lead the ideation, design, and development of user-centric features, ensuring seamless and engaging experiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and user behavior to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.
- User Insights: Leverage user feedback, data analytics, and market research to drive data-informed product decisions.
- Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables.
- Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of product managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute the product vision.
- Performance Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of new features and enhancements.
- User Experience: Champion a seamless and intuitive user experience that aligns with Betta's values and mission.
- Innovation: Drive innovation in the product, exploring new features, technologies, and partnerships to enhance user engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the tech or sports industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and launching consumer-focused products.
- Strong understanding of user behaviour, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring teams.
- Passion for sports and an understanding of the Indian sports landscape is a plus.
