As QA Team Leader you will be responsible for designing and implementing tests, debugging issues, performing root-cause analyses, defining corrective actions, and tracking quality assurance metrics. Role and responsibility

• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured testing documentation.
• Allocate work across the team to ensure business requirements are met.
• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.

Skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering.
• Min 6 years of experience in software testing
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of testers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Experience with test management tools (e.g. JIRA, Quality Center)
