Tech Lead – Conga CPQ/CLM & ERP

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager (Interior) to join our team at YoHo Designs Pvt Ltd, a startup company in Bengaluru. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and generating revenue by selling our extensive range of interior designs. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in sales.

Roles And Responsibilities

Manage the sales process from lead generation to closure, including identifying potential customers, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating contracts

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and interior designers to understand their needs and promote our design solutions

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market reach

Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative design proposals that meet customer requirements

Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients

Track and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and optimize sales performance

Prepare sales reports and forecasts to present to senior management

Stay informed about the latest interior design trends, products, and technologies

• A​ ​hands-on full-stack engineer​​ to join the ​​core team​​ with experience in building products from scratch into large-scale platforms and ​solving business problems leveraging new and innovative technology
• Leverage the DevOps team to ensure the product can be built, deployed, and tested across all of the release cycles from dev to production 
• Strong grasp of modern security principles and how to apply them to applications
• Work with stakeholders (product owners, project managers, and scrum masters) to define and clarify requirements.
• Hands-on development with both front-end, middle-tier, and back-end programming
• Adhere to agile development methodologies
• Experience in Node.js, Javascript and Javascript libraries, NOSQL databases, Python etc

• Thoroughly understanding the data processing pipeline and troubleshooting/problem-solving the technical team
• Acting as SPOC for client communications across the portfolio of projects undertaken by the organization
• Contributing to different aspects of organizational growth– team building, process building, strategy and business development

Desired Candidate Profile

• Post-graduate degree in relevant subjects such as Economics/ Engineering/ Quantitative Social Sciences/ Management etc
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience
• Vast experience in managing multiple client projects
• Strong data/quantitative analysis skills are a must
• Prior experience working in data analytics teams
• Credible experience of data platforms & languages in the past

• You will be responsible for the delivery of the application/ feature/ module your team will be working on.
• Write/Review Code every day in addition to pairing with team members on functional and non-functional requirements and spread design philosophy, goals, and improvements to code quality across the team
• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
• Design client-side and server-side architecture
• Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
• Write effective APIs
• Ensure all code is thoroughly covered by automated tests and that all features meet quality checks before deployment.
• Contributing to the constant improvement of practices and processes in the team.
• Building and managing automated build/test/deployment environments

• 5-8 years of overall experience with at least 2+ years of full-stack experience. 
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
• Experience developing desktop and mobile applications
• Familiarity with common stacks
