Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly qualified Tech Lead who is technically proficient in Node.js, React.js, Angular, and Python. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building and scaling robust products, with expertise in AWS and cloud technologies. This individual should have experience in developing long-term products from scratch, leading small teams, and remaining hands-on with development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-quality software solutions.
- Architect and implement full-stack applications using Node.js, React.js, Angular, and Python.
- Develop and maintain cloud-based solutions using AWS and other cloud technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in software development with a strong foundation in Node.js, React.js, Angular, and Python.
- Proven experience in designing and developing long-term products from scratch.
- Expertise in AWS and cloud technologies, including deployment, monitoring, and scaling.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with team leadership, mentoring, and managing small teams.
- A passion for problem-solving and building innovative, scalable products.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
