Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled iOS / Android Developer with strong hands-on experience in Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM) and Compose Multiplatform (CMP) to join our mobile development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications while ensuring high performance, scalability, and seamless user experience across iOS and Android platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM) and Compose Multiplatform (CMP).
• Build and manage shared business logic, networking, and domain layers across iOS and Android.
• Develop native components using Swift & iOS SDK and Android SDK as required.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, handle JSON parsing, and manage networking using Ktor.
• Ensure application performance, memory optimization, and effective debugging across both platforms.
• Collaborate closely with backend, Android, iOS, QA, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions.
• Manage app deployment processes, including App Store and Play Store submissions, certificates, signing, and provisioning profiles.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in mobile application development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Swift & iOS SDK and Android SDK.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM) and Compose Multiplatform (CMP).
• Solid understanding of mobile app architectures such as MVC and MVVM.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON parsing, and Ktor for networking.
• Good knowledge of performance optimization, memory management, and debugging techniques.
• Familiarity with app publishing processes, certificates, code signing, and provisioning profiles.
• Ability to work independently and deliver within timelines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Immediate joiner or candidates available on short notice.
• Experience working in agile or fast-paced product environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.

• 6+ years of experience in Software Development and writing Unit tests for Mobile Apps
• Excellent designing, debugging and programming skills in an Object oriented programming language like C#, Java, javascript, Swift, Dart etc.
• Experience with Native Mobile development (Android or IOS) and Cross-Platform mobile development (preferably Flutter)
• Solid understanding of SOLID principles
• Strong knowledge of writing code for testability, modularity and extensibility
• Knowledge of test methodologies and corresponding unit test framework tools like JUnit etc.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  
  

• Experience working with BloC Pattern and Dependency Injection
• Knowledge of Eventing based programming patterns. 
• Exposure to integrating Performance, Analytics, Attribution tools
• Experience of using Flavors in application development
• Knowledge of Multi-module development in Flutter (ex- via Melos)

• Work with the product team and drive design, development and delivery of new features.
• Investigate and fix issues referred to by the support team. Write code to automate tests to automate regressions.
• Work on improving stability, debuggability, testability of existing functionalities/modules/components
• Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs and consume in app.
• Serve as a technical lead for the team
• Mentor team members

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
• Kotlin, Java
• Important libraries include Dagger, RxJava, Realm
• MVVM Clean Architecture
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
• Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization
• Understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work on a disruptive product that’s still in its early stages
• Be responsible for the development and maintenance of the CreatorStack mobile app aimed at iOS and Android
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the CreatorStack app
• Mentor other engineers, define our technical culture and help to build a fast-growing team.

Must Have:

• Have experience in product development, architecture, and design for a 2 to 5 years
• Are proficient in Flutter language
• Have the ability to learn and look for ways to improve yourself and the processes around you
• Have strong knowledge of iOS and Android frameworks and the ability to deal with different screen sizes
• Are proficient with RESTful api's to connect mobile applications to back-end services
• Experience with storage, threading, and performance tuning
• The ability to mentor and support other team members by doing code reviews and applying your experience in process and technical leadership
• Experience working with agile team environments and if you are a self-starter, conscientious member of the team
• Good knowledge in pixel-perfect implementation of designs
