• Oversee the coordination between designer/tailors/boutiques and customer service team to ensure timely production and delivery of high-quality apparel.
• Provide expert advice and suggestions to shoppers on fitting options and measurements, both virtually through online platforms and in-person consultations.
• Create detailed flat sketches of apparel designs using design software or by hand, ensuring accuracy and clarity in conveying design elements.
• Identify and onboard talented designers, skilled tailors, and boutique partners onto our platform.
• Nurture strong relationships with designers, tailors, and boutiques to foster collaboration and ensure a diverse range of offerings for our shoppers.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager – AI to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth for Antier’s AI solutions.

The role involves identifying opportunities, engaging decision-makers, running discovery conversations, and converting business challenges into AI solution engagements. You will work closely with solution architects and technical teams during pre-sales and proposal stages.

Key Responsibilities

Opportunity Generation

• Research and identify new business opportunities, markets, and industries adopting AI
• Prospect startups, funded companies, SaaS platforms, and enterprises
• Generate leads via outbound channels (LinkedIn, email, events, networking)
• Identify and reach key stakeholders (CTO, Head of Product, Innovation, Operations leaders)

Consultative Selling

• Conduct discovery calls to understand client business challenges
• Translate business requirements into AI solution opportunities
• Present Antier’s AI capabilities and use-cases to clients
• Coordinate with technical teams for solutioning and effort estimation
• Prepare tailored proposals, capability decks, and commercial discussions

Pipeline & Revenue Management

• Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline
• Negotiate commercials and close deals
• Maintain CRM updates and reporting discipline
• Forecast revenue and present progress to leadership
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets

Client Relationship Management

• Develop long-term client relationships and identify upsell opportunities
• Act as the primary point of contact during pre-sales and onboarding
• Ensure a smooth handover to delivery teams

Market Awareness

• Stay updated with trends in Generative AI, automation, and enterprise adoption
• Monitor competitor offerings and market positioning
• Provide feedback to marketing for campaigns and messaging

Preferred Skill Sets

1. 4–6 years experience in IT Services / Technology Consulting sales
2. Experience selling AI, Data, SaaS, Cloud, Automation, or Product Engineering services
3. Strong understanding of Generative AI use-cases (Chatbots, copilots, automation, analytics)
4. Experience in outbound sales and lead generation
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills

We are looking for an experienced Android Developer with 3–4 years of expertise in building robust mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in Java/Kotlin, hands-on experience with Firebase services, and the ability to implement real-time communication using Sockets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Android applications with clean, scalable code.
• Work with Firebase (Auth, Firestore/Realtime DB, Cloud Messaging, Analytics).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION :

• Create Technical Design for AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, NLU, NLG projects and implement the same in production.
• Solid understanding and experience of deep learning architectures and algorithms
• Working experience with AWS, most importantly AWS SageMaker, Aurora or MongoDB, Analytics and reporting.
• Experience solving problems in the industry using deep learning methods such as recurrent neural networks (RNN, LSTM), convolutional neural nets, auto-encoders, etc.
• Should have experience of 2-3 production implementations of machine learning projects.
• Knowledge of open-source libraries such as Keras, Tensor Flow, Pytorch
