Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 10+ years of overall HR experience, with hands-on ownership of HR Operations, Recruitement, Administration in an IT / Software / Product company

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have atleast 3+ years in a managerial or supervisory HR role, with experience aligning HR strategy, policies, and processes with business and leadership (CEO / senior management) goals.

Mandatory (Experience 3): Proven expertise in end-to-end HR lifecycle management, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, appraisals, payroll, compensation & benefits, insurance, exits, and employee data/MIS reporting.

Mandatory (Experience 4): Hands-on experience in recruitment strategy and execution, including hiring the right talent aligned to business goals and ensuring a strong candidate experience in IT and Non-IT roles both

Mandatory (Education): Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in BBA / BBM / MBA / PGDM (HR preferred).

• A Natural Language Processing (NLP) expert with strong computer science fundamentals and experience in working with deep learning frameworks. You will be working at the cutting edge of NLP and Machine Learning.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work as part of a distributed team to research, build and deploy Machine Learning models for NLP.
• Mentor and coach other team members
