Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Associate Manager / Manager – Project Management to manage end-to-end delivery of technology-driven sports projects. This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication skills, technical understanding, and stakeholder management capabilities. The role involves working closely with engineering teams to deliver complex digital solutions in the sports domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery from requirement analysis, planning, execution to deployment
• Manage technical projects involving engineering, QA, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams
• Act as the primary client-facing point of contact and manage stakeholder expectations
• Ensure adherence to scope, timelines, quality, and cost
• Drive agile-based delivery and ensure project governance and reporting
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
• Manage multiple projects/releases in parallel when required
• Ensure effective communication across internal teams and external stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in Project / Delivery Management
• Strong background in managing technology projects
• Technical educational background (Engineering or equivalent)
• Hands-on experience working closely with engineering teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in stakeholder and client management
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum delivery methodologies
• Tech-savvy with the ability to understand complex systems

Additional Requirements

• Strong interest in sports is mandatory
• Prior experience working on sports, gaming, media, or fan engagement projects is a plus

3 to 7 years of Overall testing experience.

 Test Automation Experience with the tool Selenium or Katalon.

 Should have experience in Test Automation Framework like TestNG and Cucumber

Framework.

 Able to manage test activities in medium to large projects.

 Demonstrates appropriate interpersonal skills required to establish effective working

relationships with clients and/or business partners.

 Should be familiar with the Software Testing tools, techniques and market trends.

 Should review user and functional requirements and provide feedback; they will

Informally test early versions of functionality and develop increasingly complete test

scripts and traceability.

 Participate in test execution and monitor the progress of execution.

 Proactively engage with all team members including developers, business users and

business analysts.

 Writes, reviews and executes formal test scripts including setup and data

 Able to provide direct input to project estimates and documentation (Project Plan

document, URS, FRS, Design docs)

 Reviews project requirements, plans and prototypes and providing input.

 Agile/ Scrum experience.

 Katalon Tool knowledge is preferable.

What we are seeking

We are seeking a talented Unreal Game Developer to join our team. The Unreal Game Developer will be responsible for creating and implementing high-quality game mechanics and features using the Unreal Engine. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of programming concepts and a passion for creating immersive and engaging game experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement game mechanics and features using the Unreal Engine
• Collaborate with the game design team to develop and iterate on game play ideas

The role is about 70% support (aka reactive > keeping the customer happy) and 30% success (aka pro-active > helping the customer get success with LimeCall to stick and love us).

On the SUPPORT side, you’ll be doing things like… (80% of your day)

• Helping customers and potential customers on LIVE Chat (we use Intercom)
• Figuring out the “problem” the customer is having with our software. ("My text didn’t get sent, what happened?")
• Manage customer success pipeline (we use Hubspot)
• Relaying bugs to our development team to get taken care of (we use Jira)
• Creating user stories around customers wants, needs, issues (Asana)
• Using Stripe to process payments, refunds, and all things billing
• Create systems for tracking bugs, feature requests, and better ways to improve our support process and channel
• Create, edit, and continuously update our knowledge-base so our customers don’t have to bother you on how to do the simple things.

On the SUCCESS side, here are some things that you’ll be doing… (30% of your day)

• Host group & 1-on-1 demo’s, webinars, and training with leads and customers weekly and monthly
• Create surveys and google forms to gain feedback from current customers
• Reach out to “likely to churn” customers to help them get value from Salesmsg
• Engage with canceling customers and design a system for tracking for later followup.
• Speak with customers on the phone, text message, live chat, email, and other channels to help them with whatever questions they have.

QA Engineer

You will impact our users directly! This job requires you to constantly hit the ground running and your ability to learn quickly and work on disparate and overlapping tasks will define your success. Position Overview

• You will be responsible for all testing of an entire project across various platforms
• You will own the development and execution of test plans and test cases for multiple features of an application
• You will develop and maintain testing strategies, including manual and automation testing.
• You will ensure comprehensive test coverage by working closely with the product and engineering teams to prioritize testing execution and report on test execution progress and results.
• You will participate in design and specification reviews, and use this information to design test plans.
• You will promote QA productivity through automation, tools, and other best practices.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ year of experience working as a Quality Assurance Engineer
• Experience in manual testing across android app, mobile web and desktop applications
• Bachelor's Degree
• Expertise in test methodologies and test processes.
• Ability to understand technical specifications and generate test cases from them
• Good in communicating with developers and technical leaders, even if they are remote.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to track multiple test executions simultaneously and synthesize the results
• Shows creativity and initiative to improve product coverage and effectiveness.
• Should be able to generate test reports and dashboards for management communication.
