Responsibilities

• Receive calls, emails, trip feedback, and send an initial response within the SLA’s.
• Document all information according to standard operating procedures
• Categorize the request/Label it according to SOP (Type and Criticality)
• Identify the RCA (Root cause analysis) and the action items and document it in the internal note. This will help in breaking the issue into smaller parts and understand the cause for it. Guidelines for identification of RCA are present in the SOP
• Follow up with the owner with the result of RCA to identify the action items.
• Respond back to the employee with the best possible solution.
• Monitor the resolution for a day (if required) and then close the ticket. 
• Quality check for every call will be done on a real time basis.

• Should have Min 1+ Years exp inexperience in Automotive Industry preferred with knowledge in MS office or similar Industrial experience
• Looking for a male candidate who can join Immediate or Max 15 Days, Also the candidate should be ready to come down for F2F in Chennai
• The ideal candidate should be a Dynamic person with a pleasing personality and good communication skills are required

Job Description:

• Resource should be proficient in analyzing, designing and developing applications based on the requirements provided by business counterparts
• Developing and maintaining applications developed in Java, J2EE, Struts and Spring and possessing 3-layer architecture
• Good knowledge in Spring Boot, Hibernate, Angular JS, Docker, VUE JS and AWS
• Applications development or maintenance using ORM tools such as Hibernate
• Database management which includes DB design and maintenance, mostly related to 2016 and Oracle 19c, DB2
• Should have knowledge in Unix / Linux OS.
• Should have good knowledge in Shell scripting language
