Job Description:

 

Technology Profile-

The candidate must have experience in the following technologies (the more the better):

Frontend:

Core - JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap, etc.

Frameworks - ReactJS, Angular, Vue, etc.

 

Requirements:

• Capable of building UI from wireframes
• Able to clone/layout experience with provided toolset and design
• Ability to reuse components
• Proven experience in working with Git and Github 
• Familiarity with MVC (Model-View-Controller) design patterns
• Understanding of OOP concepts

 

Furthermore, the candidate must have built or published any web app or project through which they can demonstrate their experience and knowledge of the aforementioned technologies and requirements.

Responsibilities:-

-Able to take the Extreme Ownership of modules/product/projects
-Can handle calls with the client & customer to know their feedback

- Maintain product roadmap, release schedules, and architectural standards that ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Manage, Mentor, and coach a team of 6 -9 front-end engineers
- Build fast and efficient next-generation web applications
- Implement new features and optimize existing ones
- Collaborate with Designers to iterate on the design
- Work closely with Backend Engineers to integrate APIs and other services
- Find and address performance issues
- Identify and communicate front-end best practices
- Desire to learn and mentor the new joiners with the latest framework like svelte, vue etc

 

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 3-7 years of experience in software development with a focus on front-end
- prior experience managing a team of at least 3 engineers
- Familiarity with server-side MVC web frameworks
- Solid understanding of JavaScript, libraries and tooling
- Excellent knowledge of Angular & React 
- Strong grasp of HTML, CSS, and related web technologies
- Strong Computer Science fundamentals

Your Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for a passionate, self-starting, competent professional who is comfortable with all aspects of software development in FrontEnd.
