Key Responsibilities:

Team Management: Supervise, motivate, and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Sales Strategy Implementation: Assist in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

Training and Development: Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and development to team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.

Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate individual and team performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve outcomes.

Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key clients and manage high-level customer interactions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.

Problem-Solving: Address any issues or conflicts within the team, ensuring they are resolved effectively and promptly.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to align sales strategies with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

• Writing code for both the front end and the back end using MERN stack [MongoDB, Express.js, React.js and Node. js]
• Creating RESTful API with Node.js
• Maintaining all the required documents for your project.
• Constantly coming up with new ideas and also implementing them to improve the app’s performance.
• Writing code for the app logic as well as the business logic using Reducers, Actions and Redux framework.
• Create Unit and Integration tests to ensure the quality of code

• Work with our proprietary Java and Kotlin based SDK to find performance and functionality related issues.
• Working with in-house Dashboards to perform testing of UI and APIs.

• Expertise on testing different QA Methodologies black box, white box and gray box for both web UIs and backends both manually and automation.

Job Description:

• Expertise in P2P domain which includes Procurement and Account Payables and Fusion
• P2P functional implementation experience including Interfaces & RICE objects with other legacy applications.
• Leading the business analysis capability in the procurement space, building excellent business connect, influencing and negotiating between tech and business.
• Capture & clarification of business requirements through a range of analysis techniques for the Business (data flow diagrams, case tool analysis, gap analysis and work & process flow diagrams)
• Function as a techno-functional resource and assist in designing solutions for business
• Understand the business data in depth, analyse key performance indicators and use the same to analyse the requirements further
• Obtaining agreement on business analysis deliverables and ensuring that they meet all the requirements of the business
