🚨 Priority Requirement – Salesforce Architect

We are hiring a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead transition from Salesforce Classic to Lightning.

Why this role matters:

This position will drive scalable, user-friendly solutions leveraging native Salesforce capabilities, reducing custom technical debt, and enabling a seamless associate experience across resident services and call centers.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end migration strategy from Classic to Lightning.

Redesign data models (standardize Leads/Opportunities where applicable).

Configure Lightning features: Dynamic Forms, Flows, Omni-Channel, Lightning Pages.

Recommend and implement AppExchange solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver incremental releases.

Ensure compliance with security, profiles, and permission sets.

Act as a trusted advisor for Salesforce roadmap planning.

Qualifications:

✔ 6+ years Salesforce experience (3+ years in Lightning).

✔ Strong expertise in Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, case management & digital engagement.

✔ Hands-on Classic-to-Lightning migration experience.

✔ Deep understanding of low-code/no-code tools (Flows, Dynamic Actions).

✔ Salesforce Certified Application/Solution Architect (preferred).

✔ Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Google Ads Expert to join our marketing team. As a Google Ads Expert, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions. Your in-depth knowledge of Google Ads and experience in optimizing campaigns will contribute to the success of our digital marketing efforts.

Experience:

The candidate should have about 5+ years of experience with design and development in Java/Scala. Experience in algorithm, data-structure, database and architectures of distributed System is mandatory.

Required Skills:

1. In-depth knowledge of Hadoop, Spark architecture and its components such as HDFS, YARN and executor, cores and memory param
2. Knowledge of Scala and Java both
3. Extensive experience in developing spark job. Should possess good Oops knowledge and be aware of enterprise application design patterns.
4. Good knowledge of Unix/Linux.
5. Experience working on large-scale software projects
6. Understanding the big picture and the various uses cases involved while crafting the solution and documenting them in Unified Modeling language.
7. Own and maintain the architecture document.
8. Keep an eye out for technological trends, open-source projects that can be used.
9. Knows common programming languages and Frameworks.

1. 2-4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer
2. Be willing to learn and grow, learning new skills and understanding the new mediums for today's technology.
3. Ability to illustrate your idea in various looks and styles, and quickly translate your ideas visually for your team
4. Someone who can take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts, and other designs.
5. Must be an experience of Image cutting & image cleaning.
6. The ideal candidate should be well versed with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and coral-draw.
7. Create design artworks as per clients requirement
8. Creating graphics and layouts for Social Media, Websites, Infographics, and Print Collaterals.
9. Graphic work like logo, brochure, magazine ad, poster, icon & infographic design
10. Ability to work under pressure, and be constantly on the run, juggling multiple projects at once
