Role Responsibilities:
- Independently handle complex tasks like system, refreshes, DB upgrades, SAP and DB maintenance tasks, support pack upgrades, performance analysis and troubleshooting.
- Administer the SAP database (perform database upgrades, apply database maintenance, administer database performance, manage database storage, database problem determination and resolution.
- Provide technical and customer support and monitor system performance.
- Perform SAP client administration (create client, copy client, delete client, export/import client).
- Handle application alerts.
- Apply and manage SAP maintenances (hot packages and kernel upgrades) through all systems using a structured methodology.
- Overall System Monitoring (work processes, users, system logs, short dumps, locks, developer traces, system traces, disk space, etc.).
- Analysis of ABAP dumps and system logs errors messages and provide solution.
- Implementing SAP OSS Notes as requested from customer and after coordinating with specialist.
- Apply and maintain certificates on SAP ABAP, JAVA, web dispatcher etc.
- Maintain documentation and procedures on all provided Services, in a supportive role.
Skills and qualifications:
Must Have Skills:
- 4 to 8 years SAP BASIS administration experience.
- Hold at least a bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.
- Excellent communication skills (English - verbal and written).
- Extensive knowledge of information technology, and a solid understanding of SAP software, configuration, and maintenance.
- Strong Linux and Windows administration hands-on experience.
- Good knowledge in one or more of the following databases (SQL, MaxDB, DB2, Oracle, HANA, Sybase ASE) and management tools.
- SAP Security (Basic knowledge and understanding)
- Any SAP certifications in NW administration.

SAFe Certified Scrum Master
We are looking for scrum master who will be working with multiple teams simultaneously, so a can-do attitude and the ability to handle several projects at once are essential qualities.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Guiding the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values while maintaining our culture and spirit
Facilitating Scrum meetings
Supporting the team through a servant leadership style
Working with the team and any external resources to help identify impediments and remove them

-Experience in Cross-platform mobile app development using Flutter/React Native. Prior experience developing with Flutter is a plus.
