Job Description:
Overview
Analyzes, develops, designs, and maintains software for the organization’s products and systems. Performs system integration of software and hardware to maintain throughput and program consistency. Develops, validates, and tests: structures and user documentation. Work may be reviewed for accuracy and overall adequacy. Follows established processes and directions
ü 3 – 8years of overall industry experience with a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate engineering discipline.
ü 3+ years of experience in network protocol stack design and Android networking software components. (e.g. DHCP, TCP/IP, UDP, Socket Programming, Routing concept, Subnet Concept etc.)
ü WLAN device driver design & development skills for Qualcomm, Broadcom, Marvel or MediaTek Wi-Fi stack.
ü Solid understanding of Wi-Fi 802.11 principles and functionality. Must be able to speak to topics including Wi-Fi roaming logic, security protocols (WPA, WPA2..), etc.
ü Proficient in debugging and implementing Linux device drivers.
ü Working knowledge of development and debugging tools on Android OS, including Klocworks.
ü Experience with network protocol stack design and Android networking software components. (e.g. DHCP, TCP/IP, UDP, Socket Programming, Routing concept, Subnet Concept etc.)
ü Experience with bus interfaces (PCIe, USB, SDIO, etc.). This is to make sure issues can be debugged related to SDIO, USB and PCIe interface between Wi-Fi driver and firmware communication path.
ü Should very capable in handling Wireshark and omni peek wireless sniffer tools to capture wireless packets and analyze the network and device problems.

Design and Develop OOTB and custom application on ServiceNow platform
with primary focus on HRSD development
Responsible for design and architect of HRSD application like HR case
management, Enterprise On-boarding , HR integrations, Employee centre ,
