Job Description

• Meeting with the client and internal team to review website and application requirements.
• Setting up project completion timelines with client and tracking it to closure.
• Configuring the company SharePoint systems to specified requirements.
• Developing new web components using XML, .NET, SQL, and C#.
• Designing, coding, and implementing scalable applications.
• Extending SharePoint functionality with forms, web parts, and application technologies.
• Testing and debugging code, troubleshooting software issues.
• Reviewing website interface and software stability.
• Maintaining and updating SharePoint applications.
• Prepare Solution Design Documentation of projects.
• Providing systems training to staff and customers.

• Reporting - Dashboard, Growth Report, All Project Reports MTD, QTD, YTD wise
• Collect the Data from Project Team to analyze it daily or monthly basis
• Expertise in MS Office and Report Generation
• Work very closely with teams across delivery locations and client
• SharePoint and VBA skills
• To be willing to work in US shifts
• Perform requisite MIS (Count sheets, internal & external reporting)
• Adhere to reasonable operational requests from the management
• Expert in managing new SharePoint sites with approval workflow and maintenance of the existing sites.
• High-level coding skills.

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

• . Strong knowledge of Splunk architecture, components, and deployment models (standalone, distributed, or clustered)
• Hands-on experience with Splunk forwarders, search processing, and index clustering
• Proficiency in writing SPL (Search Processing Language) queries and creating dashboards
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems and basic scripting (e.g., Bash, Python)
• Understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, syslog)

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy Splunk Enterprise or Splunk Cloud on servers or virtual environments.
• Configure indexing and search head clusters for data collection and search functionalities.
• Deploy universal or heavy forwarders to collect data from various sources and send it to the Splunk environment
• Configure data inputs (e.g., syslogs, snmp, file monitoring) and outputs (e.g., storage, dashboards)
• Identify and onboard data sources such as logs, metrics, and events.
• Use regular expressions or predefined methods to extract fields from raw data
• Configure props.conf and transforms.conf for data parsing and enrichment.
• Create and manage indexes to organize and control data storage.
• Configure roles and users with appropriate permissions using role-based access control (RBAC).
• Integrate Splunk with external authentication systems like LDAP, SAML, or Active Directory
• Monitor user activities and changes to the Splunk environment
• Optimize Splunk for better search performance and resource utilization
• Regularly monitor the status of indexers, search heads, and forwarders
• Configure backups for configurations and indexed data
• Diagnose and resolve issues like data ingestion failures, search slowness, or system errors.
• Install and manage apps and add-ons from Splunkbase or custom-built solutions.
• Create python scripts for automation and advanced data processing.
• Integrate Splunk with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow), monitoring tools, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Use Splunk's REST API for automation and custom integrations
• Good to have Splunk Core Certified Admin certification

Splunk Development and Administration

• Build and optimize complex SPL (Search Processing Language) queries for dashboards, reports, and alerts.
• Develop and manage Splunk apps and add-ons, including custom Python scripts for data ingestion and enrichment.
• Onboard and validate data sources in Splunk, ensuring proper parsing, indexing, and field extractions.

• Participate heavily in the brainstorming of UI/UX architecture and feature design
• Interface with external customers and key stakeholders to understand and document design requirements
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, Product, UX, BD, and Infrastructure teams
• Drive best coding practices across the company (i.e. documentation, code reviews, coding standards, etc)
• Perform security, legal, and license reviews of committed code
• Complete projects with little or no supervision from senior leadership

• Must have at least 2+ years experience in front-end web development with the following tools: HTML5, CSS, Webpack, Responsive web design, ReactJS (Components, Router, Redux, Flux, Chart Libraries i.e. Google Charts), Node.js, REST APIs, and other essential features)
• Built and deployed customer-facing services and products at scale
• Developed unit and integration tests
• Solid instruction-level understanding of Object Oriented design, data structures, and software engineering principles

• You have a strong background in natural language processing, statistical modeling, and/or machine learning
• Experience with open source projects in a startup environment
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems that have thousands of microservices and manages millions of transactions per day
• Worked on products where experimentation and data science are core to the development
• Experience with Python and API frameworks (Flask)
• BS, MS or equivalent

Responsibilities:

In this role you will collaborate with the engineering team and shall be responsible for:

• Test new and existing features (units and integration) and report errors and failures

• Work collaboratively with the developing team to correct errors and participate in testing for product releases

• Gathering requirements

• Test automation and test methodology (ex: TDD or BDD)

• Expertise in Test case design and test case execution.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a QA Manual Tester

• Experience in Manual testing dashboards and chatbots shall be a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or college diploma in QA Testing

• Designing the Mobile Application for our product offering
