Responsibilities and Duties
Handling Import Documentation. Update Client for Shipment Status. Daily DSR Report to Party & Head Office. Trace the shipment status through websites and by personal contact to shipping lines. Resolving customer queries with help of documentation team. Handling Good Communicate with consignee, S/ Line, CFS, Transporter by mail. Checking shipment arrival and IGM details in ICEGATE of customs. Consignee Dispatch requirement as per schedule to various plant. Collect the delivery orders from shipping line and freight forwarders and clearing fromPORT/CFS. Handling DPD Client shipments with BMCT, NSICT, NSIGT, JNPT & GTI Terminals. Co-Ordination with custom clearance dept for getting status and to avail required Documents. Good Communicate to clear shipment with in free days without Detention & Demurrage. Co-ordinating with Delivery Agent/ Transporter for Delivery of Shipment & Planning forDelivery.
