Job Title : Full Stack Developer (Crypto Exchange)

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in both backend and frontend development, along with exposure to crypto exchange systems or fintech platforms.

In this role, you will work on building high-performance, real-time trading applications, contributing to core systems like order execution, pricing engines, and wallet integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
• Build and optimize responsive frontend applications for trading interfaces.
• Work on real-time systems such as order books, pricing engines, and trade execution.
• Integrate with blockchain networks, wallets, and third-party APIs.
• Ensure platform security, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with product, design, and DevOps teams for end-to-end delivery.
• Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and code reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• 4+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong expertise in :
• Backend : Node.js and/or Python
• Frontend : React.js and/or Next.js
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Strong understanding of databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Solid understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization.

Preferred (Good to Have) :

• Experience working with a crypto exchange or trading platform.
• Understanding of blockchain fundamentals (Ethereum, Bitcoin, etc.).
• Experience with wallet integrations and on-chain transactions.
• Familiarity with WebSockets and real-time data streaming.
• Knowledge of security best practices in fintech/crypto systems.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for mid‑to‑senior roles across IT and non‑IT functions, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand priorities and deliver great hires.
• Proactively source beyond job boards using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, employee referrals, talent communities, and other advanced sourcing approaches to build a strong and diverse pipeline.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills, potential, and cultural fit, providing clear and constructive feedback to candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain an accurate, well‑managed pipeline in our ATS to ensure timely follow‑ups and that no candidate falls through the cracks.
• Champion an excellent candidate experience at every stage by communicating clearly, respectfully, and promptly.

Design, develop and maintain robust test automation frameworks for financial applications

 Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and user stories

 Execute functional, regression, integration, and API testing with a focus on financial data integrity

 Validate complex financial calculations, transaction processing, and reporting functionalities

 Collaborate with Business Analysts and development teams to understand requirements and ensure complete test coverage

 Implement automated testing solutions within CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery

• Running Outreach Campaigns to acquire new leads and qualify them.

• 4+ yrs of experience having strong fundamentals on Windchill Customization & Configurations, Reporting Framework Customization, Workflow Customization , Customer handling
• Strong Customization background around Form Processors, Validator, data utilities, Form Controllers etc.
• Strong Programming skills in Java/J2EE technologies – JavaScript, GWT, JQuerry, XMLs, JSPs, SQL etc.
• Deep Knowledge in Windchill architecture

• Experience in atleast one full lifecycle PLM implementation with Windchill.
• Should have strong coding skills in Windchill development and Customization, ThingWorx Navigate Development (Mandatory), Thing Worx Architecture Configurations Mashup creation, ThingWorx and Windchill Upgrade

• Should have Build and Configuration management (Mandatory) - HPQC \JIRA\Azure\SVN\GITHUB \ Ant
• Knowledge & Experience in Build and Release process
• Having worked on custom upgrade will be a plus.
• Understanding of application s development environment, Database, data management and infrastructure capabilities and constraints. Understanding of Database administration, Database design and performance Tuning
