Your mission:

• Craft and implement data-driven CRO strategies, elevating website performance and boosting conversion rates.
• Collaborate with SEO & PPC teams, breathing life into underperforming blogs/landing pages for improved SERP and MQLs.
• Conduct qualitative & quantitative research, uncovering insights to enhance website metrics and MQLs.
• Team up with Content, Sales, & PMM to align messaging with customer pain points and keyword intent.
• Bring design/layout changes to life with the designer and developer, optimizing user flows.
• Execute A/B and multivariate tests, recording experiments and tracking their impact on conversion metrics.
• Collaborate with the sales team to revolutionize downstream conversions, devising creative plans for MQLs to SQLs and enhanced closed-won percentages.

Requirements for the role:

• 1-4 years of CRO experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• A/B testing and optimization proficiency.
• Understanding of user experience and content flow.

1. Experience in JTAG, MBIST , Scan Compression, ATPG, Fault Simulation.
2. Experience with industry ATPG tools Synopsys Tetra MAX, Cadence Encounter Test or
3. Mentor Fast Scan ATPG tools Synopsys DFT scan insertion.
4. Experience with industry simulation tools such as VCS, ModelSim, NC Verilog etc.
5. Pattern Simulation with and without timing annotation & debugging

Responsibilities:

• Attending customers in showroom.
• Explaining the features and products to the customers.
• Opening and closing the showroom.
• Maintaining showroom cleanliness.
• Calling leads generated from the marketing activities.
• Calling customers for feedback.

Requirements

• Overall 2-8 years of software development experience in building web-based and highly scalable applications 

• Excellent understanding of core computer science concepts like algorithms, data structure, system design, OOP, etc. 

• Deep knowledge and development expertise in Core Java and SpringBoot or other equivalent frameworks 

• Strong experience in HTML5 and CSS3 and should have basic experience in JS technologies

• Good knowledge of database concepts, having SQL writing experience, and familiarity with at least one of the relational databases

• Worked in a CI/CD environment with Jenkins

• Experience working in an agile team with software engineering practices like automated testing, test-driven development, continuous integration, etc is a big plus.

JD –

Having experience in Implementing Integration Solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud Service.

Developed integration between SaaS application (Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Cloud HCM) and between SaaS and PaaS application

Should have worked extensively on minimum 3-4 Technology Adapters like File, Database, Oracle ERP & FTP adapter

Should have excellent skill in Web Service technologies such as XML, XPath, XSLT, SOAP, WSDL, and XSD

Experience in all phases of software development lifecycle from gathering requirements to documentation, testing, implementation and support Ability to troubleshoot technical and configuration issues

Should be able to communicate effectively with the functional & technical groups and various technical team members.

Ensure completion of tasks, milestones, and components including Technical specifications, design specifications, configurations, quality assurance, implementations, and project reviews

• Customize, develop and support solutions on salesforce.com platform.
• Develop, test, document and deploy high quality solutions for our clients.
• Working closely with clients and the development team to determine the project requirements.
• Document unit test scripts and record test results post completion of development.
• Review self and peer's code/configuration as part of review process.

Hard Skills

• Strong understanding of the SDLC
• (Agile and Waterfall approaches and tools)
• Advanced Salesforce customization/coding (Apex & Visualforce development)
• Salesforce data loading & using data loader/Data stage/related tools.
• Lightning component experience preferred.
• Knowledge in Java/.Net Programming & OOPs concepts is an added advantage.
• Basic source control knowledge Git/SVN
• Proficient in building integrated solution involving web services using both REST and SOAP
• Strong in RDBMS concepts, SQL and SOQL query languages and ER concepts
• Experience of developing using Eclipse/Mavens Mate IDE
• Hands on experience in migrating code/configuration to production is an added advantage.
