We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Responsibilities • Planning o Assist in planning the digital marketing calendar for the year o Brainstorm strategies for growth of the brand’s online presence o Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate • Digital Marketing activities o Lead execution of all web, SEO, SEM, database, email, influencer, content, social media and display marketing campaigns o Design, build and maintain our social media presence o Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on insights o Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests • Website management & improvements o Maintain the current website and regularly review it for improvements o Track website metrics and report key values periodically o Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience o Identify conversion points and optimize user funnels • Others o Collaborate with agencies and other vendors / partners (if any) Requirements • Superior communication skills • Proven working experience in Digital Marketing • Knowledge of all relevant digital marketing tools • Candidates who can code using HTML / CSS / Bootstrap preferred • Creative ideation capabilities • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement What you will need to succeed • Be passionate about communication; more importantly you realize the power of communication in building relationships and trust • Have the ability to think on your feet and work in a dynamic work environment
