Operations Manager

GreedyGame is a looking for an Operations Manager. He will be responsible for developing overall product roadmap as well as designing and implementing system solutions that will improve overall efficiency. Key deliverables for the Operations Manager would be Improve the amount of free time to play more PlayStation Improve the ad experience and process for Advertisers Help develop a “dummy’s guide to GreedyGame SDK integration" Responsibilities Collaborate to build useful products focused on improving people’s operation efficiency Define product strategy, prioritize development roadmap and prioritization Oversee the development of in-house products as well as implementation of third party packaged solutions as necessary Manage Solutions and products from planning, development and design through the end of the product life cycle. Create, measure and report on success metrics Build relationships with internal customers and external vendors to garner product requirements and feedback. Coordinate with global teams to identify strategic partnerships to enrich our Product suite and offerings. Evangelize our products and solutions across the Organization and drive adoption of solutions thereby improving employee efficiency and effectiveness Requirements 3+ years of experience for core business processes; advertising experience nice to have. Strong understanding of core business processes – lead to cash, procure to pay, hire to retire and record to report; should have a keen sense of how business processes can be automated to improve productivity/ quality In depth understanding of how automation can help improve employee productivity Solid organization and project management skills with ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects in cross-functional global environment Experience and/or strong desire to work in a fast moving entrepreneurial environment and are comfortable with ambiguity Prior Product Management experience in an Agile development environment Excellent written, verbal communications and active listening skills What’s in it for you? - Opportunity to be a part of the big disruption we are creating in the ad-tech space. - Work with the biggest brands and game publishers. - Office in one of the most happening places in India. - Amazing colleagues, weekly lunches and beer on fridays!
