Banyan Data Services (BDS) is a US-based Infrastructure Services Company, headquartered in San Jose, California, USA. It provides full-stack managed services to support business applications and data infrastructure.  We are looking for a Senior Python Developer to join our development team based out of Bangalore. This teamwork on building the next-generation SAS application on the Hybrid Cloud platform.

Key Qualificatisons

· Ability to write high-quality code efficiently.

· Design and develop new services/micro-services.

· Participate in planning and management of development process.

· Share architectural design vision with both technical and non-technical team members, including fellow engineers.

· Works on improvements in development toolset including testing frameworks, deployment scripts, and monitoring libraries.

· Experience solving complex problems and implementing solutions for performance and scalability.

· Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code with automated test coverage and corresponding documentation.

· Explore new latest relevant technology, techniques, frameworks, tools, methodologies, and processes.

· Comfortable working with all aspects of software development; including dev-ops, quality assurance, research, and design.

Requirements

· Minimum 3 years of experience as a Python Developer in application development.

· Experience in Developing applications/software using Python, developing web services using Django/Flask, working with REST API, and working with any databases technology.

· Strong in Reg expression and string handling.

· Strong in python programming and should be able to develop both API, UI, and backend validations.

· Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic and Implementation of security and data protection.

· Experience in Developing applications, software using Python, developing web services using Django, Flask, working with REST API, and working with any databases technology.

· Worked on open-source tools for logging, monitoring, search engine, caching, etc.

· Exposure to any of relation database technologies MySQL/Postgres/Oracle or any No-SQL database.

· Experience working on DevOps tools for continuous integration.

· Performed App servers, application deployments, web server deployments.

· Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.

· Working knowledge of AWS, enough to be able to set up the environment for application development.

· Good good analytical and execution skills.

· Worked on open-source software for development, logging, monitoring, search engine, caching, etc.

a. Expert in Core PHP & OOP Concepts

b. Medium in Mysql DB

c. Expert in HTML & JS/Jquery

d. Knowledge on CSS id preferred

e. Experience on any one of the MVC framework is mandatory

• Minimum 1-year experience is mandatory
• Proven Software Development Skills in Laravel Framework and Core PHP
• Good knowledge and experience in OOPS concepts and Core PHP
• Good Database designing skills in MySQL
• Experience in known APIs like Google, Facebook, etc.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, JQuery, JASON, AngularJS will help
• Passion for Software Development and Coding
• Good Knowledge and Experience in WordPress will help.

• Experience in designing and developing web-based applications using Java, J2EE, Web Services, MVC framework, Servlets Spring, Hibernate, Struts, REST, MYSQL.
• Experience in Database application programming for MySQL server using
  Stored Procedures, Triggers, Views etc.
• Experienced in implementing presentation layer using JSP, HTML, CSS, Ajax, JQuery. Java script.
• Formulated AWS (EC2, S3, Elastic Beanstalk, RDS, Route53, SG, ELB, IAM, CloudWatch). (ABOVE ONLY NEEDED FOR 7+ EXPERIENCE)
• Experienced in Analysis, Design, Development, Integration, Deployment
  and Maintenance of Web services, Client Server and Web based applications.
• Well versed with Agile development process, Scrum.
• Good knowledge in version control system tools like GIT.
• Ability to take independent responsibility as well as ability to contribute and be a productive team member.
• Excellent analytical, logical and programming skills, Self-Motivated, Self-Starter, Team Player can work with minimal supervision with effective Communication
  skills and Organizational skills combined with attention and Time management skills.

• Strong knowledge of WordPress Platform
• Expertise in WordPress Custom Theme Development and Plugin Development
• Expertise in WP Plugin Integration (WooCommerce, WPML, Membership plugins etc)
• Should understand how to make WordPress manageable from admin panel
• Understands WP architecture and knows how to perform database and code optimization for WordPress
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• Proficiency in PHP/MYSQL and AJAX
• A thorough understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues
• Strong understanding of responsive web design techniques
• An ability to work on multiple projects and tasks at the same time
• Great attention to detail, highly organized
• A positive and upbeat attitude with the ability to learn quickly
• Minimum 4 years of experience in WordPress Development
• Experience with Magento, and Shopify (preferred)
• Excellent written and spoken English
• The ability to adapt to a diverse and multicultural environment

• Transforming complex PSD layouts into pixel-perfect presentation layer HTML5/CSS3 templates
• Creating responsive website designs
• Working under tight deadlines
• Handling multiple projects at the same time
• Producing high-quality work with a strong focus on detail
