Responsibilities

As a full-stack intern, you will:

Frontend Tasks:

• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect React/Next.js code using TailwindCSS.
• Ensure apps are responsive and visually polished.
• Write and maintain tests to ensure features are stable and bug-free.
• Optimize UI performance and address any frontend issues raised by the open-source community.

Backend Tasks:

• Build and maintain scalable Nest.js applications.
• Implement robust backend solutions using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Write tests to ensure backend stability before deployment.
• Troubleshoot backend issues and optimize app performance.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Familiarity with Nest.js, Git, and GitHub workflows.
• Experience with CSS frameworks like TailwindCSS.
• A working laptop/desktop capable of handling development tasks.

Good-to-Haves:

• Experience with state management tools .
• Understanding of monorepo tools like Turborepo and pnpm workspaces.
• Familiarity with Shadcn/UI and atomic design principles.
• Prior open-source contribution experience (highly preferred).

Preferred:

About Us

Keyshade is a self-funded, remote, open-sourced startup, based out of India. We are a small team working entirely remotely, and also being sustained a lot by the open-source ecosystem.

Our product deals in the domain of data and information security. We provide developer teams of all sized with the solution to the age-old problem of managing configurations for their applications. Keyshade aims at providing developers with an intuitive platform that enables them to outsource secret and configuration management, while they can put their entire focus in developing their application. We have developed our product with a security-first mindset, while also keeping into consideration the ease of use of the product.

Hiring for the position of Full Stack Developer  / Senior Full Stack Developer responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users.

Your primary focus will be the development of all server side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the frontend elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of frontend technologies is necessary as well.

We are looking to recruit a candidate for a role that will require:

• Create and consume restful APIs
• Design, develop, and maintain internal and external applications

Requirement

∙ Proficient in Node.JS and ReactJS development stack

∙ 2+ years’ experience designing, querying, and updating databases in MySQL/nosql

∙ Basic understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX etc.

∙ Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas

∙ Good to have knowledge of AWS, Redis, ElasticSearch

Education: Min. Graduate in related discipline

Work experience: 2 years relevant experience

• Edit and produce online marketing campaign strategy and content while working closely with web designers on page layout, content organization and graphics.

• Seven years of relevant software development experience
• 3 or more years using data interchange methods, including XML, JSON, RESTful, and SOAP
• 4 or more years of experience developing software in Java, Python that interacts with relational databases
• Two or more years of experience with HTML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and mobile development
• Two or more years of business and systems analysis experience
• Understanding/leveraging Machine Learning algorithms for Projects is a big plus
• Minimum one year of experience in ReactJS/NodeJS.
• Experience working in Projects with Agile principles and methodologies like Scrum Full stack development experience

Skills and Experience:

• 2 years experience on the aforementioned tech stack
• 3+ years overall mobile app development experience

• Ability to work as an individual contributor as well as a team player
• Must have experience on native iOS or Android development without Flutter
• Should thoroughly know app store/play store build deployment process
