Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Location: Pune, India (On-site - 5 days/week)

Experience: 4-5 years of relevant Salesforce development experience

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing robust and scalable Salesforce solutions, with a particular emphasis on Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Integrations. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Lead and execute complex Salesforce integration projects, leveraging various integration tools and methodologies (REST, SOAP, middleware, etc.).
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and other developers to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews to ensure best practices, code quality, and adherence to development standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug Salesforce applications, identifying and resolving issues efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers (if applicable).

Required Skills & Experience:

• Mandatory: 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Mandatory: Proficient in Lightning Web Components (LWC), with a strong portfolio of implemented LWC solutions.
• Mandatory: Expert-level knowledge of Apex programming language, including asynchronous Apex, trigger frameworks, and governor limits.
• Mandatory: Solid understanding and experience with Visualforce page development.
• Mandatory: Extensive experience with Salesforce Integrations, including understanding of various integration patterns (e.g., real-time, batch, asynchronous).
• Mandatory: Proven experience with Salesforce integration tools and methodologies (e.g., REST API, SOAP API, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, Middleware platforms like MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative capabilities.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and other version control systems.
• Ability to write comprehensive unit tests and ensure high code coverage.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Salesforce Developer Certifications (Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II) are highly preferred.

Designation: Product Manager or Senior Product Manager :CPaaS

Job Summary:

The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conception to

market launch. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, legal, and

regional teams, to develop and implement effective product strategies. The ideal candidate will have a

strong background in market research, competition analysis, and the ability to manage multiple projects

simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

 Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the CPaaS offerings.

 Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and

market demands.

 Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

 Collaborate with engineering teams to define product requirements and specifications.

 Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and

business goals.

 Manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and

high quality.

 Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand their needs and pain points.

 Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.

 Use data-driven insights to guide product decisions and improvements.

 Work closely with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, including positioning,

messaging, and pricing.

 Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to ensure they are well-equipped to sell and

support the CPaaS products.

 Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure product offerings meet regulatory

requirements.

 Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.

 Analyze product performance and customer usage data to identify areas for improvement.

 Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on product performance and

strategic initiatives.

 Engage with customers to gather feedback and build relationships.

 Act as a product evangelist, representing the CPaaS products at industry events, conferences,

and customer meetings.

 Provide support and guidance to key customers during product adoption and integration.

What would you be required to do?

• Supervise the office boy, housekeeping staff, and security to efficiently manage the Founder's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and other events.
• Book travel & accommodations arrangements for the founder for all his trips and for any employees who are travelling for official purposes.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and seamless scheduling while prioritizing urgent and important tasks.
• Draft correspondence, presentations, and reports to be sent on behalf of and signed by the Founder.
• Handle the Founder's payments, bank transactions, credit card payments and updations and related procedures and ensure all financial processes are accurately executed with the necessary approvals. Handle login credentials securely and discreetly.
• Manage all relevant documents related to banks, government agencies, and internal and external partners. Ensure accuracy, organization, and timely retrieval of documents as required.
• Monitor and renew all necessary memberships, such as club and hotel memberships, ensuring they are updated as needed.
• Assess and onboard new vendors based on their efficiency and quality standards for all official tasks along with Admin
• Develop a fair understanding of the Founder's day to day requirements, as well as their family business, and proactively plan and execute tasks to meet those needs.
• Remind the Founder of upcoming urgent and important meetings and tasks, on a daily basis. Continuously coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of tasks.
• Perform tasks that will free up the Founder’s time like ordering books, returning any materials, sending festive gifts and greetings to our stakeholders for Diwali,
• Other duties, consistent with skills and experience, as directed by the Founder.

What skills we are looking for?

• Masters/bachelor in finance, commerce or related field preferred, or any other specialization
• Proven record of more than 5 years’ work experience being EA to a CXO/ founder
• Excellent MS Office knowledge
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with office gadgets and scheduling applications (e.g., e-calendars, outlook, and print machines)
