What we're building

We're a small, sharp team — founders, IIT/IIM folks, and industry veterans who've done this before. No bureaucracy, no layers, no meaningless standups. You'll work directly with the founding team on problems that are genuinely hard.

What we need from you

You've spent 4–8 years in AI/ML, and at least 2 of those years building real multi-agent systems — not demos, not POCs that never shipped. You've worked on at least 2 multi-agent platforms (AutoGen, CrewAI, LangGraph, custom orchestration — whatever, as long as agents were actually coordinating and not just chained prompts).

You think about:

• Agent memory, state, and context management
• Inter-agent communication and task delegation
• Failure handling, retries, and graceful degradation
• Tool use, MCP, and external system integration
• Evaluation and observability of agent behaviour

You're probably a fit if:

• You've debugged an agent loop at 11pm and found it weirdly satisfying
• You have opinions about when not to use an agent
• You care about systems that work in production, not just on your laptop

You're not a fit if:

• Your portfolio is mostly RAG pipelines and chatbots
• Your multi-agent experience is only a tutorial project or a hackathon demo

SDE III / Tech Lead

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 5+ years | Type: Full-time | Reports to: CTO

Role Overview

Be a founding technical anchor, leading architecture and mentoring the core team as we scale PitchSense AI from MVP to enterprise platform.

Responsibilities

• Design high-performance systems for real-time AI simulations and analytics.
• Lead pods spanning frontend, backend, and DevOps.
• Own architecture, data flows, and AWS deployment strategy.
• Partner closely with product and design for cross-functional delivery.
• Mentor SDE I / II engineers and set engineering standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience (1+ in lead/architect capacity).
• Deep expertise in TypeScript/Node.js, React/Next.js, PostgreSQL/Prisma, AWS Cloud.
• Proven record in distributed, data-intensive system design.
• Strong system design and DevOps understanding.
• Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.

Bonus

• Experience with vector databases or LLM infrastructure.
• Prior B2B SaaS scaling experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in Python (4+ years).
• Hands-on experience with any database (SQL or NoSQL).
• Experience with frameworks like Flask, FastAPI, or Django.
• Knowledge of ORMs, API development, and unit testing.
• Familiarity with Git and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with the Kafka tool (Added Advantage)

Profile Summary:

Performance engineers should be proficient in any of the programming languages. One should not only a programmer but one who can do testing. Performance Engineer must then run those tests, analyse the results, and provide appropriate solutions to help enhance system performance, reliability, and scalability. They are also often required to work with engineers and developers to perform bug fixes. 

Skills Required:

1. A performance engineer must be familiar with either one of the C, C++, C# or .Net, Java, Python (programming languages). Strong knowledge on any one of the programming languages is must.

Primary responsibilities:-

1. Ensure timely delivery as per the product plan.
2. Track implementations across clients and ensure delivery in coordination with the technology team.
3. Highlight Risks in the project, to ensure everyone understands overall risk.
4. Manage the QA process, to help iterate on the products.
5. Manage project scope and changes. Ensure that the project is within the scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.
6. Coach, the mentor, motivate and supervise the project team. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
7. Keep detailed track of projects and share updates with clients.
8. Manage client expectations for projects. 9.Customer visits.

Skills required:-

1.Should have good knowledge of any technology
2.Good experience in customer management and people management.
3.Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously.

1. Experience with enterprise products is desirable
2. Experience in banking and finance domain is a bonus
3. Client facing experience in the role of a project manager.

Desired experience:-

Should have handled small/medium projects in the past.
Prepare product and project plans in coordination with the sales team and tech team.
Should have worked with technical architects and developers and understands the terminology and concepts.
Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs.
Experience of 3-4 years in Project Management
2-3 years in a PMO role
Overall experience of 6-8 years
Preferably from Product Organisations. But not a must.
Experience in preparing and reviewing Project Plans
Understanding of project governance and process compliances
Deep understanding of Project tracking and Risk assessment.
Experience of preparing Project reports, Snapshots, MIS.
Good team player - as he/she will need to work closely with PMs and other internal teams.

• Responsible for design and architecture of functional prototypes and production ready systems
• Uses open source frameworks as appropriate Django Preferred
• Develops Python and JavaScript code as necessary
• Python development to support middleware for REST API
• Communicate technical concepts with trade offs, risks, and benefits
• Evaluate and resolve product related issues

• Demonstrable experience writing clean, thoughtfully crafted Python or PHP that scales
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS3
• Good understanding of REST API's and experience in building them.
• Experience on asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
• Proficient understanding of cross browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git / Mercurial / SVN
• Good understanding of browser rendering behaviour and performance
