• Minimum 4+ years of experience building Java & React JS/Node JS applications, in a service-based architecture.
• Need hands on current experience on Java 8+, React JS/Node JS and above, Java script, Angular JS, JUnit, XML, Spring, Spring Boot, rest APIs, and SQL. 
• Hands on experience with version control, build integration and messaging technologies.
• Need to demonstrate in-depth understanding of OOO principles, design patterns and threading techniques.
• Strong web Services background required.
• Must be able to interact with all levels of personnel within the organization and be effective with both business and technical teams.
•  Ability to deal with ambiguity and define approaches to bring unfocused issues to resolution
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for managing interactions both within the team and without.

About the Role:

This position focuses on creating training content for our products, we do need someone with a strong background in education, training, or instructional design, ideally with experience in software training or within SaaS companies. The ideal candidate will be able to develop high-quality learning content, including e-learning modules, training guides, and videos, while effectively engaging end-users.

Key Skills We’re Looking For:

• Software Training & Facilitation – Experience in training end-users on complex software applications, including developing training guides, demos, or simulations.
• Assessment & Evaluation Tools – Familiarity with Questionmark, SurveyMonkey, Google Forms, or similar for designing and administering quizzes, assessments, and surveys.
• Collaboration & Project Management Tools – Proficiency in platforms like Microsoft SharePoint, Jira, Trello, Smartsheet, or TFS for coordinating projects and working with cross-functional teams.
• Content Authoring Tools – Experience with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Audacity, or similar for developing e-learning modules and multimedia content.
• Video Editing Software – Familiarity with Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar for creating and editing training videos.
• Virtual Classroom Platforms – Experience delivering live online training using platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

Requirements:

1. At least 4 years experience as an SDE, building large scale services
2. Extensive experience in at least one programming language and ability to write maintainable, scalable and unit-testable code
3. Strong understanding of software design principles and patterns
4. Excellent command over data structures and algorithms
5. Passion for solving complex problems
6. Good understanding of various database technologies with strong opinions around their use cases
7. Experience with performance monitoring and scaling backend services
8. Experience with microservices and distributed systems in general
9. Experience with team management
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Understanding the product requirement.
