Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and revenue-driven Lead Strategic Partnerships & Alliances to lead, train, and scale our Partnership & Alliances team. You will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships, channel alliances, and revenue growth while optimizing the partnership ecosystem. This role requires a proven track record in revenue generation through partnerships, strong leadership skills, and an ability to build long-term alliances.

Responsibilities:

• Own and lead the partnerships strategy by identifying, onboarding, and scaling strategic partners, resellers, and alliances.
• Train and mentor the partnerships team to enhance their performance and drive revenue.
• Develop and execute partnership programs that generate revenue and expand market reach.
• Build strong relationships with key industry players, resellers, and technology partners.
• Streamline onboarding, engagement, and revenue-sharing models for efficiency.
• Negotiate and close high-impact deals, working closely with leadership to structure long-term business success.
• Track key KPIs such as partner revenue contribution, retention, and deal closures while optimizing strategy accordingly.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align partnerships with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Channel Sales, or Alliances, preferably in a SaaS/product-based company.
• Proven track record in generating revenue through partnerships and alliances.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in training and managing high-performance teams.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to structure and close complex partnership deals.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities and execute data-driven partnership strategies.
• Strong relationship-building skills with an existing network in SaaS, telecom, or cloud-based industries being a plus.

Overview Of Responsibilities:

Create the vision and product roadmap for the next generation of ground operations solutions; articulate and evangelize it across internal and external stakeholders

Work closely with Operations and Planning teams to improve business processes and network design

Qualifications:

A degree in engineering or a related technical discipline from Tier - I institute a must

8 - 12 years of product management experience in internet startups/supply chain organization / SaaS products or e-commerce; B2B / B2B2C experience preferred.

Strong communication and organization skills, as well as the ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, multi-task, and prioritize

Sound business judgment, attention to detail, proven ability to influence others, demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives, and a strong analytical mindset

Proven track record of independently building and launching technology products from the ground up; delivering within time, budget, and quality

Demonstrated ability to turn customer needs and pain points into innovative products

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, along with the tenacity to develop ideas independently and the conviction to drive them to completion is crucial for this

Retrieve and analyze data, and establish key business metrics to measure product success and drive alignment across all teams to improve their role

Domain knowledge of supply chain/logistics is preferable, but not required,

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend services using Django and Python.

• Architect and implement microservices-based solutions for scalability and maintainability.

• Work with PostgreSQL and Redis for efficient data storage and caching.

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and ensure robust API design principles.

• Implement system design best practices for high availability and fault tolerance.

• Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments with Kubernetes.

• Integrate with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) for hosting and infrastructure management.

• Apply security best practices to protect data and application integrity.

• Collaborate with frontend, QA, and DevOps teams for seamless delivery.

Position: Full Stack BlockChain Developer

Location: Remote ( Work from Home)

Job Details:-

• Expert with DeFi, NFT and latest Crypto Concepts. Should have working experience on these concepts
• Strong knowledge with Smart Contract best practices
• Experience with React JS & Node JS Required (We prefer MERN Stack). Having TypeScript experience would an advantage
• If you have an understanding of AWS and how setup and deployment of Project elements work, would be an advantage.

What you would be expected to do:

• Gather, prioritize and refine requirements while keeping team members well informed
• Create Use Cases, Flow Charts, Mock Screens, PRDs for business requirements, user requirements, functional & non-functional requirements and system requirements
• Rolling out of new products/apps/automations and resolving stakeholder queries/issues
• Automate business processes using tools like Zapier/Google Scripts, other automation tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups and assist in the entire product lifecycle from design to development to launch

• Travel as per company requirement to places including but not limited to Kenya, Uganda, Nigeria, Myanmar and Tanzania
