About the Role:

We are looking for a Inside Sales Specialist with proven experience in identifying, nurturing, and converting qualified leads through outbound channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling targeting international markets such as DACH, BENELUX, and the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified B2B leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn campaigns.
• Execute targeted email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Manage follow-ups, schedule meetings, and support client acquisition activities.
• Maintain CRM data and provide weekly reports on lead quality and conversions.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve campaign strategies and conversion rates.
• Ensure a minimum of 40 qualified leads per month are generated through outbound efforts.
• Identify new markets, decision-makers, and business opportunities across international regions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B Lead Generation / Inside Sales.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills in English.
• Experience with international lead generation (especially DACH, BENELUX & UK markets).
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.), and email campaign tools.
• Ability to research, segment, and target the right prospects.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working with monthly lead targets.

Role :

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager who is an outside the box thinker with proven experience, developing creative solutions. You are a people person, with remarkable communication skills and will be working with our existing clients, building and maintaining long term relations with new accounts. Our right fit would be a fast learner who can learn our products inside-out quickly and someone who will be instrumental in the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Be the primary point of contact, establish and maintain long term relations with the clients. 
• Prepare long-term and short-term goals and account objectives for the team
• Estimate and establish cost parameters, budgets, campaigns, and potential ROI
• Supervise account management and strategies
• Communicate with major clients on a regular basis, handle complaints and suggest solutions with innovative ideas to meet client needs in a timely and effective manner. 
• Propose pricing models based on customer’s needs and product usage. 
• Prepare proposals and detailed costing prior to negotiation with clients. 
• Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams for the constant development of new products. 
• Set up presentations with CXO’s to discuss technical solutions. 
• Identify gaps in the overall Business and take new initiatives to bridge those gaps.

What you’ll need :

• 2-3 years of client-facing, revenue management and quota carrying experience. 
• Bachelors/Masters Degree from a Tier-1 Institute. 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to maintain relations with senior executives from the client’s side. 
• Ability to understand and the hunger to learn more about technology-based products. 
• A knack to understand technology-based products and explain it in simple terms. 
• Should be analytical, adept at solving critical problems, and handling & prioritizing multiple tasks.
• Prior experience in a company based in the logistics industry would be preferred

Frontend Developer

Responsibilities:

·         Develop our new products

·         Define and design common reusable components

·         Enhance and maintain our existing products

·         Interact with other teams, as well as with our users

·         Act on user feedback

Qualifications:

·         Experience as a front-end or full-stack software engineer in AWS environment

·         Knowledge of modern JavaScript and its fundamentals, as well as JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJs, Redux, Bootstrap, Jest, Material-UI

·         Strong understanding of web technologies like HTML5 and CSS3

• Expertise in IBM MDM version 11.x (Advanced Edition) product, hands-on multiple implementation experience.
• Hands on experience with IBM MDM Customization using features which includes Extension, Addition, Business proxies, SDP, Match-Merge Rules, Event Manager, Notification
• Exposure to MDM Information Domains (Party, Agreement, Location)
• Expert Java, JEE development background with RSA/ RAD, Websphere, MDM Workbench, SOAP Web Services, XML, XSD, WSDL
• Intermediate knowledge of SQL, Joins, Triggers(DB2/Oracle)
