Sr. Business Development Executive

We are looking for a skilled Web Developer to join our team and help build dynamic, user-friendly websites and web applications. The ideal candidate is proficient in front-end and/or back-end development, passionate about writing clean code, and eager to stay updated with the latest web technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications.

✅ Write well-structured, efficient, and reusable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

✅ Develop server-side logic using Node.js, PHP, Python, or other back-end technologies.

✅ Integrate APIs, databases (SQL & NoSQL), and third-party services.

✅ Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize performance.

✅ Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to enhance UX/UI.

✅ Perform debugging, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth functionality.

✅ Keep up with the latest trends in web development and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

🔹 Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks: React, Angular, Vue.js (any one is a plus).
• Familiarity with back-end development: Node.js, PHP, Python, or Ruby on Rails.
• Experience with databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs & web security best practices.
• Version control using Git/GitHub.

Preferred Qualifications:

🎯 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Job Brief:

What you will do at Hubstream:

·       Manage Software Development project activities for multiple projects across all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.

·        Work collaboratively with development team, lead architect and the CTO to determine technical direction and approach to system design and implementation.

·       Manage the day-to-day activities of projects and staff; communicate with project teams as necessary to ensure project deliverables are on schedule and within cost parameters.

·       Make recommendations to management about schedules, prioritization, and resource allocation with input from team members.

·       Manage resource planning and organizational capacity planning.

·       Coach and train project team members on Software Development processes and best practices.

·       Providing continuous guidance and direction to the Leads to meet the client delivery & commitment.

·       Periodically conduct the meeting with the Senior Management and update the status of the delivery.

·       Regularly conduct individual team meetings to understand the need of the Team(s) and make sure they are met.

·       Develop a superior workforce and increase the efficiency of the team.

·       Periodically review the performance of each team member(s) and provide feedback to improve.

·       Conduct the year-end performance appraisal to all the team members and give the correct rating without any bias towards any employee.

·       Had experience in the Performance Improvement Program for those employees who are underperforming and continuously mentor and monitor to improve their performance.

Skills/Qualification:

·       B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA with good CPGA from reputed colleges/Institutes in India.

·       6 to 8 years delivery of consulting or professional services, or as a people manager.

·       Minimum 5 years of experience in a technology environment, including 2-3 years of practical professional experience in project management.

·       Minimum 5+ years of Software development experience in C#, T-SQL is a bonus.

·       Minimum 5+ years of experience in Client Interaction directly or indirectly.

·       Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional project teams.

·       Have very good communication skills both verbal and non-verbal communications.

·       Flexible to work in different time zones like Australia, Europe & US Time zone based on the Customer's need.

·       Ability to learn and grasp concepts quickly in a fast-paced environment and guide the Team.

·       Ability to be self-directed and work with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

·  Candidates must have substantial applicable IT experience, extensive development, programming experience in Core Java, J2ee, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Webservices using Restful, any DB (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL server).

·  Preferably the candidate must have worked in development projects and must have experience in Java / J2ee design patterns.

·  Experience in AWS, Azure will be an added advantage.

• Translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of custom analytics products and wide web applications.
• Take an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.
• Experience developing new user-facing features.
• Experience in Angular Material, Angular 12 & Above, HTML, jQuery, JavaScript, Bootstrap.
• Knowledge of working with API integration using Swagger, Postman etc.
• Knowledge of working with Angular unit test frameworks Jasmine and Karma.
• Expert level experience in Angular is needed.
• Strong 3+ years of experience with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, and writing cross-browser compatible code.
• Experience building reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
• Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
• Experience/Knowledge of working with online productivity & collaborative tools like Invision, Figma is a plus.
