Required Qualification, Experience & skills:

๏ท 6-8 years of overall developer experience with a focus on programming in PHP, and a working
knowledge of android and IOS app development
๏ท Prior experience in managing a team of min 4-6 engineers
๏ท Hands-on management with deep-dive into the details of software design, implementation and
debugging
๏ท Experience of implementing Agile, Scrum & Iterative processes
๏ท Experience taking a leading role in building complex software systems that have been successfully
delivered to customers
๏ท Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software
