Data Engineer

We are seeking a disciplined, serious, and highly skilled Lead JavaScript Engineer with hands-on experience in SvelteKit and Generative AI (RAG & MCP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a small team of 5 Software Developers.
• Architect, develop, and maintain web and native applications.
• Integrate Generative AI solutions (RAG & MCP).
• Manage authentication, security, and DevOps pipelines.
• Enforce disciplined coding practices, processes, and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to implement scalable solutions.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in JavaScript / TypeScript mainly with JS Framework of SvelteKit is must.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI (RAG & MCP).
• Experience leading small teams.
• Deep understanding of web app architecture, security, and DevOps.
• Knowledge of native app frameworks is a plus.
• Disciplined, self-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
• Local candidates preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Support Cybersecurity Assessments:

o Assist in conducting cybersecurity governance risk assessments for

applications.

o Help in the preparation and review of the Cybersecurity Governance

Assessment Questionnaire (CGAQ).

o Ensure all necessary information is collected and documented accurately.

o Provide guidance and support to ensure understanding and compliance with

cybersecurity requirements.

2. Issue and Exception Management:

o Track and follow up on issues and exceptions identified during assessments.

o Ensure timely closure of findings from assessments and audits.

o Document and report the status of issues and exceptions to relevant

stakeholders.

3. Documentation and Reporting:

o Assist in maintaining accurate records of assessments, issues, and exceptions.

o Maintain contact with with IT and Business to ensure customer satisfaction

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meeting with internal stakeholders and clients to determine their goals and budget
• Advising clients and other stakeholders on costs, expectations, outcomes, and processes
• Brainstorming ideas for marketing campaigns and paid advertising
• Brainstorming with a team of digital marketers, such as SEO specialists, content marketers, designers, sales specialists, and web developers
• Creating and managing paid ads across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google, media partners, programmatic, display, search, networks and more
• Monitoring and analyzing web analytics and campaign performance
• Defining campaign budgets, aligning campaign goals, and ensuring adherence to search optimization principles
• Identifying and presenting new avenues of paid advertising
• Utilizing demand-side RTP platforms to promote adverts and campaigns
• Ensuring a positive ROI on client spending and PPC ad campaigning
• Coordinate with a team of individual contributors to meet deadlines for launch dates

Must-haves:

• Basic familiarity with concepts of campaign management experience across paid, organic, and other marketing efforts across channels
• Analytical mindset with an ability to map data to insights
• Impeccable ability to do customer journey mapping to identify pain points
• Work across multiple time zones (US, US (CST), Canada) as needed
