Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Finance Manager – IB to support new and ongoing initiatives within the Organization. Key Responsibilities

Funding & Investor Relations
- Support fundraising activities, including debt/equity funding documentation and coordination.
- Prepare investor presentations, financial models, and data rooms.
- Manage ongoing investor communication and timely reporting.
- Assist in valuation exercises and transaction advisory support.
Financial Planning & Reporting
- Prepare detailed financial models, budgeting forecasts, and business plans.
- Develop and present periodic MIS, board decks, and stakeholder reports.
- Conduct variance analysis and financial performance monitoring.
- Ensure timely preparation of various internal and external reports.
International Transactions
- Manage and support international financial transactions and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders on cross-border financial matters.
- Assist in regulatory and reporting requirements related to overseas operations.
Qualifications
CA (Chartered Accountant) – Preferred & Most Desired
CFA or a strong finance degree from a reputable institution may also be considered
