Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer with a focus on Front-End Development with Strong proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Sass, Bootstrap and modern JavaScript frameworks including ReactJS and jQuery to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code that enhances workflow organization and automates various internal processes within the organization. The role involves continuous improvement of our software solutions to save man-hours and ensure overall organizational efficiency. Key tasks include development, testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and maintenance of both new and existing programs.

Key responsibilities:

1)    Software Development: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code/flows that automate internal processes and improve workflow efficiency.

2)    Testing and Maintenance: Perform testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and daily maintenance of created or integrated programs.

3)    UI/UX Development and Design: Design and develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces in the software.

4)    Web Services Integration: Integrate UI with web services to ensure seamless functionality.

5)    Adherence to Standards: Follow preferred development methodologies and adhere to organizational development standards.

6)    Collaboration: To work closely with other team members to ensure the successful implementation of projects. Maintain clear and concise documentation of code, APIs, and software components to aid in knowledge sharing and future development.

7)    Stay Current: Keep up to date with the latest developments in the Frond end development ecosystem and engage in best practices of software engineering.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of professional experience building server applications with Node.js and the Spring framework.
• Experience working with the AWS Development stack, including: Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Cognito, Mobile Analytics, EC2 and RDS

Experience working with a handful of the following:

• relational databases: MySQL, or PostgreSQL or Oracle
• document-based data stores: MongoDB or CouchDB,
• key-value stores: DynamoDB, Redis, Memcached
• column-stores: Cassandra, Vertica
• Ability to work with front-end web technologies, like: HTML5/CSS3/Angular/Bootstrap
• Strong familiarity with *nix command line operations

Requirements:

• Strong in data structure and algorithms.
• Experience in Node.js, Express, API Design & DOM.
• Understanding of component based design or other design patterns.
• Experience with unit testing, integration testing & continuous integration.
• RDBMS and NoSQL databases preferably PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
• Good to have passion for investing.

Knowledge of database languages such as SQL, NoSQL, AWS services, linux or Python

• Knowledge in PowerBI
• Good to have knowledge in Kibana (visualization) and Kibana Development tools
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Data visualization (simple aggregation-based charts to complex geo-based visualizations)
• Accuracy and excellent attention to detail
• Strong written/verbal communication skills

Qualifications and Experience

• 3+ years’ experience in Data Analysis or relevant working experience

Responsibilities:

• Own the product development from scratch.
• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.
• Architect scalable software solutions and mentor a team of high performing developers.
• Participate in code reviews, design reviews and troubleshooting to ensure uptime for live systems etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field.
• Prior 5+ years of experience in leading full stack development (MEAN Stack) in a start-up or a dynamic work environment.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/Typescript and technologies like NodeJS (with Express) / Angular / MongoDb etc.
• Good understanding of System Design, Microservice Architecture, DSA, etc.
• Good understanding of CI/CD, AWS, cloud deployment, Git, etc.
• Customer oriented, responsive to changes, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

As a Performance Marketing Wizard, you will be responsible for sprinkling magic dust on our performance marketing campaigns to make them soar to new heights. You will work closely with our marketing team to conjure up creative ideas that will drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. You'll need to be quick on your feet, with the ability to pull rabbits out of hats (metaphorically speaking, of course).

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns that will make our competitors disappear (okay, not really, but we can dream, right?)
• Wave your wand (figuratively) to optimize campaign performance and improve ROI
• Juggle multiple campaigns at once without dropping any balls (or magic potions)
• Analyze campaign data and use your mystical powers to provide insights that will help us make more informed decisions
• Use your enchanting storytelling skills to captivate our audience and make them fall under our spell (and by spell, we mean buy our products)

Qualifications:

• Must have a degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing or a related field
• Experience with performance marketing campaigns (no prior experience with spells or magic required, but we won't hold it against you if you have it)
• Ability to work well under pressure (in case the Dark Lord decides to attack)
• Strong analytical skills (for divination purposes, naturally)
• A sense of humor (to keep us all entertained during those long hours of potion-making)
