About the Role

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling advertising campaigns across multiple business domains, including FantasyFi (gaming platform) and Real Estate marketing campaigns. The role requires a strategic mindset, analytical strength, and a proven ability to deliver measurable performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

 Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms

 Manage and scale campaigns with a strong focus on ROI and cost efficiency

 Develop and implement advanced audience targeting and retargeting strategies

 Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance metrics

 Conduct structured A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and messaging

 Drive lead generation, conversions, and customer acquisition objectives

 Ensure accurate pixel tracking, event optimization, and attribution analysis

 Collaborate with internal teams for creative assets and campaign alignment

 Prepare performance reports with actionable strategic insights

Required Qualifications & Skills

 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Meta / Facebook advertising

 Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager

 Proven track record of performance-driven campaign management

 Deep understanding of audience segmentation and targeting strategies

 Experience in conversion optimization and funnel strategy

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled QA Tester with a specialization in Vulnerability Testing and Penetration Testing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security, reliability, and performance of our applications through comprehensive security assessments, Load Testing, penetration testing, and integration of security into CI/CD processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute test cases, scripts, and security test plans for web, mobile, and cloud applications.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate security risks.
• Detect and analyze threats such as SQL Injection, XSS, CSRF, SSRF, IDOR, and others (OWASP Top 10).
• Integrate automated security testing into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and security teams to promote secure coding and architecture practices.
• Utilize tools like Burp Suite, 'Jmeter OWASP ZAP, Metasploit, Kali Linux, Nessus, and similar.
• Perform API security testing and validate authentication & authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
• Document findings, assess impact and risk, and provide actionable recommendations for remediation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in QA with a focus on Security & Vulnerability Testing.
• Proficient in manual and automated testing of web and mobile apps.
• Strong experience with penetration testing tools and security frameworks.
• Familiarity with scripting languages like Python, Bash, or JavaScript for test automation.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

How you fit in

Engineering is the executional function of EAGLE's software delivery wing. As a senior server-side developer at Eagle, you will drive complex projects being built from scratch, and lead the junior members of the team. Not only are you expected to write clean, tested, and maintainable code, you will also be a central part of a product team that iterates constantly, ships regularly, and learns continuously. Duties/ Responsibilities:

The Program Manager will be responsible for 

• Effective implementation of program across 6 centers with regard to learner satisfaction,learning outcomes and parent satisfaction

• End to end training in content,learning system,operations and implementation

• Ensuring venue readiness in terms of room setup,material availability etc before the program starts and act as single point of contact for venue partner,parents and learners

• Coordinating kitting ,packing and transportation of materials to and from venues.

• Creating,Updating and maintaining a learner and parent database across all venues

• Creating schedules across venues and communicate the same to facilitators,parents,learners

• Rescheduling of classes at venues as required

• Observing the classrooms and documenting the observations for mentoring facilitators

• Conduct meetings with facilitators and teams to discuss the observations from classroom observation

• Collecting data/feedback from facilitators,learners,parents and classroom observations and loop it back to  Leo & Mike team for appropriate interventions in content and program improvement

• Initiating appropriate interventions wherever required with respect to learner and parent issues
