Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sr.UI/UX designer who will be responsible for the design and implementation of all the experiences a user has when interacting with a digital tool, such as Websites and Mobile applications. The UI/UX designer will work closely with our marketing team and designers to ensure seamless web/mobile design and the successful implementation of UI/UX best practices and principles across all our digital platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

• Understand product specifications and user psychology.
• Exceptional in conceptualizing human-centric Information Architecture and User Flows.
• Creating wireframes and storyboards of website and mobile applications around user needs.
• Creating user experience documentation for the features of the product.
• Understanding the requirements and creating web and mobile application designs.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites and mobile applications function and look like.
• Find creative ways to solve UX problems.
• Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience and meet business goals.
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
• Collaborating with Marketing, Content, and Engineering teams on the creation, user experiences, and products.
• Motivating and inspiring others to generate new ideas/approaches Keeping up-to-date with current and emerging trends in the mobile marketplace.
• Ensure timely deliveries with the agreed quality of all the tasks undertaken by the team.

Required Skills:

• You have prior experience of 3+ years as a UI/UX Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects.
• An expert in hands-on knowledge for creating a powerful UX/UI in IOS/Android mobile apps and websites.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, Usability techniques, and UI patterns.
• Aware of how to conduct research to determine if users have problems with the Interface developed by designers.
• You are detail-oriented and possess a keen eye for quality.
• You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions.
• You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
• You are proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (specifically XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
• You are proficient in prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, etc.
• Good to have familiarity with Unity.
• Basic HTML/CSS, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
• Basic Knowledge of incorporating sound design in UI.
• Basic Knowledge of project management tool- JIRA 
• Analytical mind with a business acumen.
• Problem-solving aptitude.

What we are looking for:

• Hands-on experience with key development technologies including Java, J2E, Springboot, React, HTML/CSS/Javascript. Others such as Python, Angular would be beneficial.
• Knowledge of databases, integration architectures/patterns and data modelling essential.
• API best practices, application servers, cloud services (especially AWS) and code quality/secure development all essential. Generative AI knowledge is a must.
• Experience of DevOps, CI/CD and source control tools and best practices required.
• Able to work collaboratively to create POCs and provide technical recommendations for solutions to problems with supporting evidence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills needed to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams.
• Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects with the Ability to balance business priorities with technical requirements and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Be a strong individual contributor in all aspects of software development lifecycle following agile methodologies (Analyze, design, develop, test, debug, and deploy phases of development projects) to deliver high quality solutions that meet business requirements.
• Experience in working with multiple application environments, and support business continuity across multiple geographic regions inclusive of Implementing DevOps culture, and use of tools to ensure Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery for application deployment and adhering to S&P security requirements for vulnerability remediation.
• Perform reviews and integration testing to assure code quality and security standards are met. 
• Support the user base, assisting with tracking down issues and analyzing feedback to identify product improvements; Gather information and feedback from end users to understand and develop project requirements.

• Devising strategies for increasing the market and market share of company's product in the given region and ensuring effective implementation of the same.
• Improving brand & credibility of the company's product in the international market via - Continuous product promotion campaigns along with monitoring and ensuring the implementation of the same
• Defining strategies to explore new international markets and generating higher revenues from the international sales
• Maintaining and developing relationships with new & existing clients.
• Being responsible for pre and post shipment documentation: Invoice/ Packing list, Executing post shipment documents as per the terms of the export order, preparing BRC, etc.
• Planning and coordinating with the team as well as various vendors for the timely delivery of orders.
• Ensuring that shipments are in compliance with all laws and regulations. You need to be well updated with the various export laws.

• The candidate should have 4+ years of experience in developing International sales as well as export documentation.

• The Candidate should carry analytical thinking as he/she is expected to work with sales data.

• Very well versed in MS Word & MS Excel.
• Having experience in Digital Marketing will be preferred.

• Experience / Knowledge in the following technologies/languages/libraries/frameworks:
  • Primary Experience in C#, NodeJS and React JS.
  • Add on experience in HTML5, CSS, jQuery, JSON, API, Angular JS, AWS / Azure.
  • Experience with Version Control Software (GIT)

1. Experience of design and/or development experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, APIs, AngularJs and/or Angular, Windows Forms and SQL Server in an n-tier architecture.
2. Strong background in object-oriented development techniques
3. Solution Design Patterns and Best Practices, eg. SOA
4. Database design and development (Microsoft SQL Server)
5. Experience with APIs, Web Services, WCF and Service Oriented Architecture a plus
6. Experience with concurrent development source control (Git) and continuous integration.
7. Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies.
