• The successful candidate will lead the technology team that is responsible for delivering low latency real-time software for High-Frequency Trading & manage infrastructure overall. • Defining the vision, design architecture & goals of the product • Developing relationships with Trading Teams, Business Management, Compliance, Risk, Core Engineering, and Systems team • Developing & maintaining all technology metrics for success, and ensuring alignment among all stakeholders • Lead complete team technology (application & infrastructure), helping them with design and implementation of their work. And be responsible for the quality of the team's outcome. Required Skills • Experience managing multiple technical projects in the brokerage or securities industry • Experience in Algorithm Trading / High-Frequency Trading • Strong Problem solving, leadership and interpersonal skills • 8-10 Years of experience in C++, VC++, Linux + Windows • Ability and willingness to work hands-on on C++ implementation of software • Very good understanding of building low latency systems • Very good understanding of concurrency, memory models, networks • Very good understanding of kernel and OS level optimizations • Experience working with large data sets collection, analysis and processing • Good understanding of design patterns • Good understanding of capital market, trading systems • Passion for working with an innovative, small but rapidly growing company.
