Job Brief:

As the Franchise Channel Sales Manager (B2B), your primary role is to acquire and onboard new franchise and channel partners to expand Expertrons’ network. You’ll manage the complete sales cycle — from identifying and pitching to closing and onboarding partners — while ensuring a seamless handover process.

Who is a Channel/Franchise Partner?

A Channel or Franchise Partner is an individual or business entity that acquires rights to represent and resell Expertrons’ products and services.

What does the Onboarding Team do?

The team drives partner acquisition and onboarding — handling inbound leads, pitching the brand and model, and managing the full process from first conversation to activation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Build and manage strong relationships with potential partners.
2. Achieve sales and acquisition targets for franchise growth.
3. Pitch products, handle negotiations, and close B2B franchise sales.
4. Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process from pitch to activation.
5. Understand partner needs and ensure transparent communication.
6. Collaborate with internal teams for smooth partner handover and success.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, monitor, and scale production systems across cloud (AWS/GCP) and on-prem.
• Work with Kubernetes, Docker, Lambdas to build reliable, scalable infrastructure.
• Build tools and automation using Python, Go, or relevant scripting languages.
• Ensure system observability using tools like NewRelic, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, PagerDuty.
• Optimize for performance and low-latency in real-time systems using Kafka, gRPC, RTP.
• Use Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Chef, Puppet for infra automation and orchestration.
• Load testing using Gatling, JMeter, and ensuring fault tolerance and high availability.
• Collaborate with dev teams and participate in on-call rotations.

Requirements:

• B.E./B.Tech in CS, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in production infra and cloud-based systems.
• Strong background in Linux (RHEL/CentOS) and shell scripting.
