Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled Workflow Developer/Sr Developer with expertise in JBPM to join our offshore team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and managing workflow solutions, with a strong focus on JBPM. This role involves working closely with various departments to ensure seamless integration and functionality of workflow processes.

Key Responsibilities:

 Design, develop, and implement workflow solutions using JBPM.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure the workflow solutions meet business needs.

 Optimize and maintain existing workflow systems to enhance performance and reliability.

 Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflow processes.

 Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

 Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in workflow technologies and JBPM.

Technical Skills:

 Strong experience in JBPM and workflow management.

 Proficiency in Java and related technologies.

 Experience with BPMN 2.0 and process modeling.

 Knowledge of integration with other systems and tools.

 Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the most effective sourcing approach and plan based on the final requirements, including sourcing platforms, acquisition pitch, acquisition funnel, etc.
• Drive the sourcing efforts and ensure the right quality of candidates are sourced based on the requirements and within the committed timelines.
• Communicate role specifications and terms to the candidates clearly and transparently.
• Drive negotiations with the candidates and help resolve their queries and concerns effectively.
• Communicate any specific requests or modifications required by the candidate to the Engagement Manager proactively.
• Ensure a clear track of progress, transparency, and coordination within the Expert team.
• Screen applicants on call to ensure they meet the necessary technical qualifications and requirements for the respective roles.
• Evaluate candidates' technical skills, knowledge, and abilities based on the job description.
• Provide constructive feedback and maintain detailed records of candidates' technical evaluations, feedback, and assessment outcomes.
• Generate regular reports on sourcing activities and other relevant data points.

• Continuously refine and optimize the technical sourcing process to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for identifying business requirements, requirements management, functional design, system analysis, GAP analysis, end-user training, Preparing BRD, prototyping, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, defining support procedures, and leading workstreams implementations and supporting end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations.
• Provide Functional Consulting & Business analysis by gaining industry knowledge of various business domains such as Online Retail, Manufacturing, Wholesale, Distribution, Automobile etc, with industry best practices.
• Evaluate customer’s business requirements, needs and objectives and convert the same to company processes, solutions, and modules being implemented.
• Interact with the key end-users and business owners to map applications to standard business processes and conduct a gap analysis.
• Translate business requirements to our technical team members and translate technology solutions from our technical team to the customers.
• Prepare a business requirement document (BRD) for our customer’s business needs.
• Prepare a detailed scope of work (SOW) resulting from personalization sessions to our customers in the pre-sales phase to provide proposed solutions for the customer’s business requirements.
• Manage the full life cycle of Odoo ERP Implementation and Testing phases. Analyze and report any malfunctions found in our customized solutions or standard Odoo ERP features and functionalities to the technical team. (for example, by testing different business cases or impersonating users)
• Develop solution design from what is available in Odoo as a standard feature(s) and lead the customer throughout the implementation and support phases.
• Manage all aspects of the configuration process for the customer from configuration through to acceptance and sign-off.
• Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions (workshops) with new customers to determine configuration requirements both on-site and remote.
• Ensure proper training is given to the end-users and that the new system is usable, performing appropriately and the business flow is complete and correct.
• Collaborate with other IT professionals (Technical Developers & Business Analysts) to define and implement solutions related to ERP.
• Responding to customer tickets/queries (about our products, services, solutions, ongoing ERP projects & maintenance contracts) in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, virtual meeting or chat.
• Possessing excellent business application knowledge to enhance customer support.
• Update our internal ERP system with information about technical issues reported by the customer and useful discussions with customers.

Required Skills

• Any knowledge or work experience in any of the famous ERP systems like Odoo, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, etc is a huge plus.
• Ability to understand different business operations, vertices and domains like Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurements, Retail or e-Commerce, Wholesale Industry, etc and map them with our services and solutions in Odoo ERP.

Job Title: Back Office Associate / Back Office Support

Job Description:

The Back Office Associate is responsible for performing administrative, clerical, and support tasks that ensure the efficient operation of the business. The role typically involves managing data, maintaining records, and assisting front office teams with processing transactions, and orders, or handling customer-related tasks indirectly.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Entry and Management:

• Accurately input and update data into databases or systems.
• Ensure data integrity and address any discrepancies or errors in records.
• Maintain and update records, files, and documents as required.

1. Verification Support:

• Process and manage documents such as invoices, orders, contracts, and forms.
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical files for easy retrieval.

Skills and Qualifications:

 Supervise customer service team, including coaching, training and daily assignments of

customer service agents; responsible for providing feedback of the agents to the agency

and for course corrections

 Liaise with customer service agency project manager, ensuring efficient communication

channels are put in place between Mobile App team and customer agency. 

 Develop policies and procedures. Prepare a playbook that customer service agents follow to

resolve customer inquiries, including workflows and SOPs. Policies and procedures must

balance satisfying customer needs and supporting the goals of the organization. This would

include constant review and revision as customer needs change and the business evolves.

 Ensure that customer service agents are equipped with an up-to-date repository of responses.

 Respond to customer queries, as needed.

 Responsible for configuring and managing HubSpot dashboard, with the goal to fulfill data &

analytics requirements from different stakeholders.

 Lead/Facilitate meetings with different stakeholders at regular intervals to ensure relevant data

is being effectively communicated to the various departments as needed. 

 Serve as point person for product team to provide future enhancements, bug fixes etc /

back communication from stakeholders. Be the voice of the customer advocating for

changes most requested/needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduation is a must
• Relevant work experience of 4 plus years in Business Development is required. Experience in dealing with corporate sales/ PSUs is a must
• Previous work experience in healthcare, diagnostic, dealing with TPAs, healthcare policy is highly preferred
