Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Junior Accounts Executive to support accounting operations, MIS reporting, and project financial tracking. The role involves handling daily accounting tasks, monitoring project expenses, and ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports on a regular basis
- Pass Tally entries (purchase, sales, journal, payments, receipts)

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager – AI to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth for Antier’s AI solutions.
The role involves identifying opportunities, engaging decision-makers, running discovery conversations, and converting business challenges into AI solution engagements. You will work closely with solution architects and technical teams during pre-sales and proposal stages.
Key Responsibilities
Opportunity Generation
- Research and identify new business opportunities, markets, and industries adopting AI
- Prospect startups, funded companies, SaaS platforms, and enterprises
- Generate leads via outbound channels (LinkedIn, email, events, networking)
- Identify and reach key stakeholders (CTO, Head of Product, Innovation, Operations leaders)
Consultative Selling
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client business challenges
- Translate business requirements into AI solution opportunities
- Present Antier’s AI capabilities and use-cases to clients
- Coordinate with technical teams for solutioning and effort estimation
- Prepare tailored proposals, capability decks, and commercial discussions
Pipeline & Revenue Management
- Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline
- Negotiate commercials and close deals
- Maintain CRM updates and reporting discipline
- Forecast revenue and present progress to leadership
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Client Relationship Management
- Develop long-term client relationships and identify upsell opportunities

Market Awareness
- Stay updated with trends in Generative AI, automation, and enterprise adoption
- Monitor competitor offerings and market positioning

Preferred Skill Sets
- 4–6 years experience in IT Services / Technology Consulting sales
- Experience selling AI, Data, SaaS, Cloud, Automation, or Product Engineering services
- Strong understanding of Generative AI use-cases (Chatbots, copilots, automation, analytics)
- Experience in outbound sales and lead generation
