- Solution Development: Lead the end-to-end solutioning process, from proof of concept to implementation, tackling complex business challenges with innovative technical solutions.
- Data Management & Security: Oversee the creation and management of data pipelines using strategies like ETL, ELT, and CDC in various modes. Design data warehouses, ensuring security for Data at Rest and Data in Transit. Implement data encryption strategies utilizing algorithms like AES, DES, MD5, and SHA1. Ensure secure access through identity platforms like ADFS, Auth0, and Okta, along with Single Sign-on and Single Sign-Off integrations.
- Compliance & Standards: Architect and design solutions ensuring compliance with regulations like HIPAA and GDPR. Advocate for and ensure adherence to best practices in development and DevOps, encompassing project management tools, version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, static code analyzers, and more.
- Version Control & Collaboration Tools: Ensure best practices in utilizing software version control systems and software delivery platforms, enhancing team collaboration and project tracking.
- Business Alignment: Engage proactively with stakeholders and product managers to define and translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment and value delivery.

Job Description:
As a L3 analyst, you will play a key role within the Application Management team, leading services for its customer(s). This service has responsibility for the smooth daily operational running of the Client platform both in the cloud and on-premises. The Client application is business critical and centrally manages data for trading, settlement, risk, client and regulatory reporting systems. As a L3 analyst, you will be responsible for supporting complex infrastructure and application issues raised by L1/L2 support teams, and business analysts.
