React Native Developer

Responsibilities

● Develop high-quality Javascript (ES6) code for our React Native applications (iOS/Android).

● Coordinate with backend engineers to establish JSON-based APIs.

● Optimize application for maximum speed and compatibility.

● Integrating third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts

● Multitask seamlessly, always maintaining a positive attitude and a client-first mentality

● Incorporate engineering best practices, methodologies & standards in all deliverables

● Pay close attention to details and be able to follow specifications and mockups (pixel perfect).

● Making recommendations to address UI/UX issues.

Requirement:

● 1-2 yrs Experience in React Native

● Strong experience in React Native, JavaScript, ES6, CSS3.

● Good experience with React or React Native and Redux.

● Experience building complex features and interfaces for React Native applications.

● Familiarity with RESTful APIs.

● Experience with version control tools (Git), NPM-

● Deep understanding of data structures, data flow, Ajax and CRUD.

● Solid knowledge of mobile app development practices.

● Excellent spoken and written English

● Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate design decisions

What will you do at Glint?

Customer Experience Associate will be the first point of contact to the customer of Glint. The customer experience associate should handle the customer relationship management and helps in retaining the customers in the customer through proper communication and resolution.

• Handling customer queries through inbound/outbound chat and phone calls.
• Exploration and fact finding - Converting business problems into metric driven statements, identifying underlying hypotheses and determining/creating metrics that will accurately represent the problem as well as the solutions.
• Benchmarking, Insights and recommendations - Consistently keeping an eye on the business metrics and variations in them to:
• Help stakeholders understand changes in the voice of customers/partners. 
• Provide RCAs on hits and misses in business performances.
• Collaboratively work with the operation team.

• Shopify Expert must ensure a 100% responsiveness of web design.
• Experience with web/graphic design applications such as Figma,  Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop,  Adobe Illustrator.
• Working in e-commerce projects while coordinating with other members.
• Act as a Shopify expert, specializing in all facets of the e-commerce platform.
• For Shopify developer job knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Javascript/Jquery is a must.
• Shopify developer should have strong knowledge on Installing & Customizing the new Shopify theme.
• Shopify developer Expert-level knowledge of Shopify Liquid templating language.
• Exposure to application development & ruby scripting.
• Shopify Plug-in optimization, and customization, Strong knowledge of OOPs.
