Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

Identify and finalize new store locations as per the expansion strategy.

Manage end-to-end execution of new store openings.

Lead rental and lease negotiations for new and existing stores.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property owners, and brokers.

Evaluate commercial viability and negotiate cost-effective deals.

Maintain a pipeline of potential locations for future expansion.

Conduct market and location analysis to support expansion decisions.
