Experience designing, prototyping, and shipping we band mobile applications.
Strong UI skills including layout, color theory, iconography, typography, deep understanding of design systems and responsive girds, branding look & feel, and illustration.
Strong knowledge of User Centered Design (UCD), Design Thinking, Prototyping Thinking and UX principles and law.
Experience with HTML5 and CSS and good knowledge of how Frontend development works
The ability to work and communicate properly with Business, UX, and development teams
Motivation and self-direction to seek clarification from stakeholders, UX designers, work with developers to ensure your designs are possible to be implemented as intended
The ability to offer and accept design feedback and use it to iterate and improve the team’s work.
The ability to defend or explain your work.
A portfolio demonstrating your best work is a must.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A curious mind and an always-improving mindset.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced agile work environment
Strong knowledge in UI design principles, patterns, best practices, and the latest trends

Requirements

5-7 Years of prior experience in the same role.
3+ years of UI design with strong knowledge of B2B & B2C software, SAAS, and mobile applications
Proficiency with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and programming knowledge is a plus.
Experience with WCAG, responsive web & mobile design
Experience in creating and maintaining design systems.
Experience authoring style guides and pattern library creation/maintenance
Demonstrated an understanding of core UX Design principles
A working knowledge of UX research practices.
The ability to apply user research methods to validate design ideas
