We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative with a proven track record in sales to join our growing team. You will play a critical role driving the sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, and ensuring we meet our aggressive revenue goals. Responsibilities:

• Manage your own pipeline of prospects for lead generation;
• Create a database of prospects and target customers with complete contact information;
• Supported by in-house training and support, you will become an expert in our client's overall value proposition, products, and tools;
• Conduct web product demonstrations encompassing both technical and non-technical aspects of the product offer;
• Identify new business opportunities including channel and other partnerships;
• Engage directly with decision-makers and large-scale businesses throughout India;
• Conduct systematic market research to generate high-quality leads and identify key players;
• Maintain accurate and complete customer records, and activity and pipeline reports within Pipedrive and other CRM tools;
• Achieve and report on key KPIs agreed with the targets

Requirements:

• 10-12 years of sales experience required, with a track record of delivering consistent results and exceeding expectations.
• Preferred experience in Life Sciences and BFSI sectors
• Excellent research, planning, and organization skills;
• Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close online and in person while maintaining established sales quotas;
• Technology savvy and proficient in the use of a range of communication, presentation, and other business tools;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate (oral and written) effectively;
• Strong work ethic;
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure;
• Strong negotiation skills;
• Passion for selling and enthusiastic self-starter with a “can do” attitude.

Started in May 2020, Man Matters is now the largest Men’s health platform, serving more than 1M Men every year across therapeutic areas of Hair Loss and Nutrition. Started in May 2021, Be Bodywise is the largest integrated Women’s Health platform serving more than 1M women a year in the areas of PCOS, Hair & Skin Health. Started in May 2022, Little Joys helps parents to reduce the anxiety around physical and mental development of their kids.

Job Description:

We are looking to hire a seasoned manager to lead our social media charter for our flagship brands Man Matters and Be Bodywise. The incumbent would report to the Head of Content, and own the strategy, planning, workflow management and metrics for the brand’s social media handles. Core Responsibilities:

• Help shape the social media strategy aligning brand positioning, marketing goals and a clear read on the target audience.

• Create monthly social media calendars and leverage topical days to build on the brand’s presence across different social media channels.

• Create original content ideas and IPs to strengthen engagement and base size.

• Create a one-of-a-kind community around the brand’s core message by fostering conversations and

engagement.

• Monitor and measure key metrics for the social pages.

• Monitor and measure brand reputation and presences through social listening. This would also entail

ensuring consistency of brand voice and brand persona.

• Build and enforce a crisis management module for any kind of direct negative publicity.

Requirements:

• 5 to 6 years of working in content creation and/or social media, with at least 2 years as a team lead.

• Having worked with digital-first consumer brands (either in a in-house team or agency).

• Thorough knowledge of social platforms, analytics and tools.

• Original thinker with a fresh perspective.

• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
• Write clean code to develop functional web applications
• Troubleshoot and debug applications
• Collaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
• Gather and address technical and design requirements
• Provide training and support to internal teams
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Liaise with developers, designers to identify new features
• Follow emerging technologies

• Spent at least 3 yrs in a solid back end role
• Experience taking a problem to a product solution (module/product)
• Prior experience working with startups and understand the fast-paced, dynamic nature of work

• Javascript, NodeJS
• Client-server architecture
• OOP concepts, including design patterns
• Understanding of RDBMS (MySQL, Postgresql)
• Understanding of REST API
• Familiarity with frameworks such as ExpressJs

• Knowledge of TDD frameworks mocha, chai, jest, etc
• Knowledge of AWS (Lambda, RDS, EC2, SQS, S3, ECS, etc)
• Basic knowledge of Typescript, NextJs
• Prior experience in fin-tech

Data Engineer JD:

• Designing, developing, constructing, installing, testing and maintaining the complete data management & processing systems.
• Building highly scalable, robust, fault-tolerant, & secure user data platform adhering to data protection laws.
• Taking care of the complete ETL (Extract, Transform & Load) process.
• Ensuring architecture is planned in such a way that it meets all the business requirements.
• Exploring new ways of using existing data, to provide more insights out of it.
• Proposing ways to improve data quality, reliability & efficiency of the whole system.
• Creating data models to reduce system complexity and hence increase efficiency & reduce cost.
• Introducing new data management tools & technologies into the existing system to make it more efficient.
• Setting up monitoring and alarming on data pipeline jobs to detect failures and anomalies

What do we expect from you?

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 5 years of recent experience in Big Data Engineering.
• Good experience in working with Hadoop and Big Data technologies like HDFS, Pig, Hive, Zookeeper, Storm, Spark, Airflow and NoSQL systems
• Excellent programming and debugging skills in Java or Python.
• Apache spark, python, hands on experience in deploying ML models
• Has worked on streaming and realtime pipelines
• Experience with Apache Kafka or has worked with any of Spark Streaming, Flume or Storm

• The candidate should have more than 2+ years of experience in Manual testing, Developing, and executing test cases.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with selenium web driver is required also needs to have strong Java coding skills.
• Selenium with Java, Selenium Eclipse automation, API automation experience is good to have.
• Exposure to working in Agile/Scrum environment.
• Experience in Web Testing and Mobile Testing is a must.
• Understanding of QA metrics and reporting.
• Should have knowledge of Defect Management, Bug life cycle, Performance management.
• Proficient in different types of Testing like Integration, Regression, Sanity, User Acceptance testing, etc.
