Key Responsibilities:

• Looking for IT Sales
• Should be familiar with Website Development, Mobile App Development Services.
• Knowledge of Online Bidding on freelancing platforms is a must.
• Identify prospects, generate leads, and convert them into potential clients.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives to expand business opportunities.
• Work on increasing customer retention while attracting new clients.
• Identify new markets, develop strategies, and improve overall sales performance.
• Attend conferences, client meetings, and networking events.
• Develop and present quotes and proposals to clients.
• Set goals for the development team and drive business growth.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
• Must have a good technical understanding and enthusiasm for new technology trends.
• Fluent English communication skills are required.
• Willingness to travel for client site visits and fieldwork.

• Strong hands-on code development experience in JAVA 14+, Restful Service, Spring Boot, JDBC Template.
• Experience in SQL scripting
• Experienced in developing and deploying web applications using Spring MVC and Spring boot.
•  Hands on experience in one of the IDE’s – Eclipse or IntelliJ
• Experience with Tools- Maven, Jenkins

Role Overview

1. As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and drafting systems for Technical Proposals brought in by the sales team, ensuring that quotes are technically correct before submitting to clients.
2. Preparation of proposal based on the RFP / RFQ docs and Understand the CAD drawing.
3. Generate BOQ, Compliance Statement, system descriptions, schematic drawings, material / technical submittal, system programming such as Crestron, Extron, Bose and other OEM products etc.
4. Provide sales and technical staff with technical support on both a pre- and post-sales basis
5. Communicate and interact with internal employees, clients and colleagues in a professional and timely manner.
6. Conduct or attend a Site visit and Site surveys when needed.
7. Develop and maintain knowledge of current and new technologies that company offers.

We are looking for a Creative Graphic Designer & Visualizer with the proper knowledge to interpret our client’s needs and design solutions with high visual impact. You will work on designing a variety of products, including websites, Social Media creatives, product packaging, websites, exhibitions, and corporate identity.

• Creating all the digital collaterals like Social media creatives, Emailers, Google Display Ads, Creative videos, gifs etc.
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements that convey an accurate message for the project.
• Producing print-ready collateral including brochures, posters, flyers, display stands etc.
• Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with quality.
• With a knack for translating a creative brief into a work of art.
• Implement suggestions and modifications wherever possible.

• Any Bachelor’s degree. (BFA preferred but not essential).
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, After Effects etc.) and CorelDraw.
• Well-versed with Motion Graphic videos, and gifs.
