Position Summary:
ILSS is looking to hire a Director to lead the Sales & Outreach vertical. The role would be responsible for building relationships within corporates as well as leading social sector organizations and achieving target intake of high quality candidates for various programs.
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve targets for trained numbers across programs and expand our customer base
- Sensitize senior corporate leaders about social sector awareness. Position Own and hit/exceed annual targets for all training programs

You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines that handle Real-world data at Compile. You will be handling both inbound and outbound data deliveries at Compile for datasets including Claims, Remittances, EHR, SDOH, etc.

- Work on building and maintaining data pipelines (specifically RWD).
