AEM Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Development Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the development and implementation of software projects, working with external software development vendors, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to specifications, testing and providing quality assurance for software development projects, developing and modifying software utilities, and managing day-to-day activities

Qualifications & Experience & Skillsets

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Business, Marketing)
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development. Experience of software development coordination will be a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in managing software projects and working with external software development vendors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in eCommerce and/or manufacturing

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Assist with the development and implementation of software projects.
• Work with external software development vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
• Test and provide quality assurance for software development projects. Develop or get developed small utilities that support the eCommerce/Manufacturing operation activity.
• Basic requirement gathering and analysis of new feature development.
• Modify the software to fix errors, improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces.
• Prepare and maintain software documentation/Wiki.
• Manage day-to-day activities including maintaining and managing software/utilities and responding to queries from internal stakeholders.
• Prepare reports on programming project specifications, activities, or status.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user-friendly and responsive content on web applications using Adobe Experience Manager product.
• Should be able to think about content with a design mindset.
• Implement UI designs and ensure web applications are visually appealing and easy to use.
• Expertise in AEM, but open to scale up to full stack/frontend/backend depending on requirements.
• Work with designers to develop web layouts and integrate designs into web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure code quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on AEM
• Strong knowledge of responsive web design principles and best practices
• Exposure to AWS environment, such as EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.(Good to have)
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Knowledge of version control tools such as Git or SVN
• Experience with unit testing and test-driven development
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Good to have experience in Java or any other programming language(not mandate).

• Create and lead innovative programs, software, and analytics that drive improvements to the availability, scalability, efficiency, and latency of the application
• Work with Directors to define and execute technical strategy and arbitrate technical processes and decisions.
• Work with development teams to guide future technology choices and foster cross-team collaboration
• Work across all teams to help define and clarify requirements, explore technical feasibility, and help define product directions and plans.
• Work closely with product & engineering leaders and tech leads to turn requirements into actionable plans that teams can understand.
• Define, Refine & Develop POCs in quick turnaround time and demonstrate the same to all stakeholders effortlessly
• Embed with teams from time to time to write code, provide technical guidance, etc.
• Very deep knowledge of the entire tech stack. Excellent understanding of the entire SDLC.
• Provides a multiplier effect in getting stuff done.
• Acts as SME for the team or product area within the Engineering organization and for cross-functional organizations as well.
• Teaches others why new features are important. Good understanding of customer use cases.

• A Bachelor's degree in any technical discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience administering AEM applications

Delivery Manager

Job Description

1. Review customer orders and plan and coordinate in the execution of projects and manage the client accounts
2. Develop scope and budget for projects
3. Ability to understand all technical aspects of the project and its requirements, articulate and communicate the same to internal stakeholders
4. Work with the Presales team to define the technical specification for features and functionalities and also determine the effort associated
5. Hands-on experience in creating SDD, SRS, Gantt Charts, etc.
6. Work closely with Engineering, Solutioning and Platform teams during requirement gathering and documentation phase to understand establish the scope of development work in projects
7. Provide suggestions on implementation approach, limitations/complexity around implementation with respect to the platform used, and recommendations for alternative solutions
8. Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to project requirements.
9. Report project status to customers and develop required project documentation.
10. Serve as primary contact across all the projects being handled and concerns in assigned accounts

Must have skills:

1. 8+ years of experience leading and delivering projects to high standards and managing high-value accounts
2. Basic understanding of application development technologies like Python, ML, API Integration, etc.
3. Good understanding of server/storage configuration, API Integration, Cloud deployment, and configuration
4. Should have experience working with large government clients and/or large enterprises in BFSI, eCommerce, Healthcare, Retail, and other such verticals
5. Proven track record of building positive and productive working relationships with customers for business growth
6. Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues in a timely fashion
7. Ability to identify process improvements to achieve cost-effectiveness and time-saving
8. Proven ability to operate with authority and take critical business decisions to meet customer expectations.
9. Should have exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) in English
