JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prospecting: Identifying potential clients and new business opportunities to find prospects that fit the company's target customer profile.
Consultative Selling: Engaging with prospects in a consultative manner, understanding their needs, challenges, and goals. Then tailoring the sales pitch to demonstrate how the company's products or services can solve specific business problems.
Product Knowledge: Developing a deep understanding of the company's products or services, their features, benefits, and competitive advantages. The sales team must effectively communicate this information to potential clients.
Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiating terms, pricing, and contractual agreements with clients. The sales team works towards closing deals and getting contracts signed.
Sales Pipeline Management: Managing the sales pipeline, tracking leads and deals at various stages of the sales process. The team ensures the pipeline is healthy and sales targets are met.
Sales Reporting: Keeping track of sales metrics and performance and reporting on progress to sales management and relevant stakeholders.
Collaboration with Marketing and Customer Engagement Teams: Working closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing efforts. Additionally, collaborating with the customer engagement team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
PRE-REQUISITES:
Minimum 2-3 years of Sales Experience with B2B / SAAS Industry
Excellent Communication Skills (English & Hindi | 3rd Language will be an added advantage)
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
