Role Summary:

The Area Sales Manager – Field Sales is responsible for leading the field sales team, driving

hospital relationships, ensuring business growth, and delivering sales targets in the assigned

area while maintaining strict adherence to company policies and processes.

 To be versed with relevant product knowledge of the product & services assigned to

promote.

 To be aware of all competitors & their USP.

 To provide on-the-job training to the team members for developing them &

generating desired results as per the expectation of the company.

 To retain the assigned team & be responsible for finding suitable replacement at the

 To handle a team of BDE’s, Sr. B.D.E’s, Key Accounts and CRE’s or ECR for meeting

 Interacting with assigned nursing homes, hospitals, doctors, clients, and expectant

Qualification, Experience & Skills:

 Graduate/Postgraduate in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / D.Pharm) or related field.

 5-7 Years’ experience in sales or relationship management within the pharmaceutical

or healthcare industry preferred.

 Strong communication and counselling skills with the ability to build rapport with

doctors and clients.

 Good presentation and persuasion skills for client interactions and product

demonstrations.

 Relationship-building skills to engage hospital staff, doctors, and healthcare

stakeholders.

 Ability to work in a field-based, target-driven sales environment.

Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Estimation and Costing Analyst   to join our interior design & execution company. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates for interior projects, coordinating with designers, purchase managers, and vendors, and ensuring cost optimization while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Study project drawings, BOQs, and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Work closely with interior designers, architects, and project managers for understanding scope of work.
• Source and evaluate vendor quotations for materials, furniture, fixtures, and services.
• Prepare rate analysis for various materials and works.
• Develop preliminary budgets and detailed cost breakdowns for client proposals.
• Negotiate with vendors/suppliers to achieve competitive pricing.
• Maintain a database of material costs, labor rates, and vendor details.
• Assist in value engineering to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
• Ensure timely submission of estimates for client approvals and tenders.

Job Duties

• Build short-term & long-term plans (financials models) in line with the strategic objectives of the organization.
• Drive preparation of MIS, variance analysis & providing insights to leadership.
• Leading the preparation of annual operating plans, long-range quarterly forecasts in coordination with operations and business teams.
• Ownership of the P&L and driving of cost optimization/ profitability improvement activities with various stakeholders.
