DailyRounds is a healthcare startup focused on organizing “Knowledge of practice of Medicine” and building a community of Doctors (and healthcare professionals). We hold the largest IP (intellectual property) in clinical medicine in India. We hope to put this IP, network, and our best efforts to help Doctors improve how they diagnose and treat. What would you be doing here?

As a Software Development Engineer (SDE - II ) at DailyRounds/Marrow, you will play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing products that are used by 500,000+ doctors and healthcare professionals. You will be working on an offline-first app, strongly architected with a bigger database that requires you to provide complex logical solutions. You will also be working on apps with high usage time where you will be applying your non-functional thoughts to help maintain or increase the session time.

• Work with the Engineering and Product team to build a scalable product while solving some of the core healthcare problems.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code for backend systems.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications

Who are we looking for?

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience working with Python technologies.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API principles and experience working with API frameworks (Flask, Django, or FastApi).

• Proficiency in database concepts, ensuring efficient data management.
• Preferred experience with MongoDB.

SA Role Summary:

The Solutions Architect is responsible for designing and leading the implementation of technology solutions that align with the organization's business goals and technology standards. This role involves working closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and secure technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Architecture:

●      Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the business processes and technology landscape.

●      Design holistic technology solutions that address business challenges and opportunities, integrating with existing systems and technologies where necessary.

●      Define and document architectural designs, including system components, functionalities, interfaces, and data flows.

●      Taking into account all pillars of the Well-Architected Framework (WAF) on AWS - including Scalability, Resiliency

●      Identifying reusable components in a project and working with the Backend team to generalize those components.

●      Amazon Web Services (AWS) Certification (Preferred)

Technical Leadership and Guidance:

●      Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the implementation phase, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and best practices.

●      Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools for the effective development and management of solutions.

●      Ensure the implemented solution is in compliance with the designed architecture. Deviation from the architecture must be evaluated and agreed upon.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:

●      Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

●      Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• You will be coordinating our enterprise account-specific teams called squads, consisting of members from engineering, machine-learning, and conversation-design teams.
• There are five working groups in the organization, (i) Business (ii) Research (iii) Solutions (iv) Product, and (v) Operations, where you will be joining the Solutions, working group.
• You will be collaborating with the sales team to design an appropriate solution to the customer's problems and help them showcase the value of the product.
• You will be collaborating with the operations team to ensure we are not compromising on our quality standards.
• You will also be co-working with the product working group to help them improve the overall platform and to prioritize the high-impact initiatives in the roadmap.

Work you will be doing:

• You will be building bespoke voice bots for enterprise clients using internal tools.
• You're expected to help build the Solutions stack whose goal is to reduce the amount of effort put into building our voice bots. 
• You will be involved in analyzing client calls where you're expected to use either data pipelines or SQL to get insights into caller behavior.

• Professional experience of at least 1 year.
