Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and innovative Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, build and maintain client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams. You'll play a key role in bridging the gap between clients and the organization, driving growth, and ensuring our offerings align with client needs.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential customers to generate new sales opportunities.
- Initiate contact with prospective clients through calls, emails, and social media to establish connections and schedule meetings.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions that align with their purchasing goals.
- Create and present engaging presentations and proposals to potential customers.
- Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve or surpass sales targets, focusing on stock placement subscriptions.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential growth areas in B2C sales.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities for expanding the business.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure business development efforts align with overall company strategy.
- Gather feedback and insights from customers to help refine product offerings and marketing strategies.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development and sales activities.
- Prepare regular reports for management to review progress and outcomes.
