Social Media Manager

• Mandatory (Backend Skillset) – Must have 3+ years of hands-on experience in backend development using Java / Node.js / Go / Python (any 1).
• Mandatory (Frontend Skillset) – Must have experience or familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React / Angular / Vue.
• Mandatory (Mentoring Skillset) – Must have at least 1+ year of experience leading or mentoring a team of software engineers.
• Mandatory (Tech Skills) – Must have a solid understanding of microservices architecture, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).
• Mandatory (DevOps Skillset) – Must have hands-on experience working with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mandatory (Company) – Top-tier/renowned product-based company (preferred Entreprise B2B SaaS)
• Mandatory (Education) – Undergraduation from Tier-1 Engineering College (IIT, BITS, IIIT, NSUT, DTU, etc.)

Job Details*

1. Help the process of creating plans/strategies based on an organization's goals and the needs of the desired audience.

2. You will be assisting in the creation of consistent high-quality content that generates demand, attracts high-quality sign-ups and backlinks.

3. You will help our team perform audit of our website and social media accounts, creating and updating a shared editorial calendar. Also, researching for blog ideas and generating content for our blog.

4. Use storytelling and emotion to bring content to life and compel the reader to share. Own and execute the content and social calendar; work with our marketing, design and other cross functional teams to deliver on time.

5. Optimize content for different formats (SEO, SEM, Social, blogs, infographics, etc.) for better consumption and readership.

6. Conduct keyword research, backlink research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic.

7. Monitor web traffic and engagement (e.g. conversions and bounce rates) and measure content impact and report the metrics on an ongoing basis.

We would also expect the candidate to demonstrate:

1. An immense degree of critical thinking. Your content will be read by domain experts and you will not be able to write content with abstract opinions and assertions. You would need to back every opinion with either data or relevant experience.

2. The right kind of tone and energy. We like to use an informal/fun tone in our content. You would need to come in with the right attitude and the right energy to be able to match our tone/writing standards.

3. An attitude for perfection. You might have to go through several iteration cycles and would need to demonstrate wilingness to accept feedback. We need someone who accepts feedback with positivity.

Job Summary*

We're a Saas startup and we have an urgent requirement for a Content Strategist to help us with our domestic and overseas marketing processes.

We are a stealth startup (founded by IIT-IIM alums) building a niche gamified parental community and market place for parents of children aged 0-12 years. We are looking for a CTO/Co-founder who has significant consumer facing app build experience (4+ years app building, 6-7 years overall experience) with comfort around React Native, Java, Node JS, Mango DB etc. Tech leaders from Hyderabad would be given preference (not necessary).

• Meeting with the product team to discuss ideas and specifications.
• Establishing strategy and development pipelines.
• Planning and implementing native functionality.
• Transforming design ideas into functional code.
• Designing and building native plugin codes.
• Identifying and fixing code errors and native plugin bottlenecks.
• Ensuring products conform to high industry standards.

About the role: One key differentiator of FabHotels brand for our asset partners is bestin-class returns. While our online & offline demand teams drive higher occupancies for our partners, this role entails ownership of developing and work on react native side of application development.

Key responsibilities:

• Knows how to embed React-Native in a native (iOS/Android) component and vice versa.
• Firm grasp on JS/CSS fundamentals
• Build pixel-perfect, battery smooth UIs ((layouts, animations, etc.))across both mobile platforms
• Good understanding of Design and Architecture Patterns
• Strong focus on app performance
• Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Grade (Android Studio, IntelliJ)
• Good in debugging
• Experience in iOS app development is preferable.
