About the Role- We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of experience to help us craft seamless, user-centered digital experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to turn user insights into engaging and intuitive interfaces across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver high-quality wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final UI designs.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather feedback and insights.
• Translate user needs and business requirements into elegant, functional design solutions.
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation and consistency.
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to iterate and improve the user experience.
• Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and interaction design.
• Experience with prototyping tools and usability testing.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or front-end frameworks (a plus).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design projects.

• Supports human resources department by screening, testing, and interviewing applicants. ** Provides orientation for new employees
• Maintains human resources records for employees by recording the hiring, transfer, termination, change in job classifications,
• Documents and tracks timesheets of employees.
• Accomplishes human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees
• Maintain organized records of all SOWs, POs, and MSAs
• Track of all payments & expenditures, Purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
• Verifying the contracts /agreement with client /vendor, related to payment 
• Handling client and vendor calls regarding payments

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR,Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 1 years of experience in HR/accounting, with a focus on US standards

Proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks, ADP, Zoho,and especially Excel

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with tax preparation and filing

Familiarity with financial planning and analysis

Knowledge of payroll processing and related regulations

• Primary Purpose: As part of a highly productive and creative AI (NLP) analytics team, design and develop web applications and SPA’s i.e., UI/UX, and underlying backend – API’s, security framework, scalable microservices etc.
• Daily Grind: Interface with the product manager, project managers, and the engineering team to achieve sprint goals on the product roadmap.

• Work in a product-development team capable of independently authoring software products.
• Guide junior programmers, set up the architecture, and follow modular development approaches.
• Design and develop code which is well documented.
• Optimize of the application for maximum speed and scalability
