The candidate will be responsible for generating IT (Information Technology) sales and business, developing relationships with new clients, making sales visits and presentations, maintaining advanced knowledge of services, and establishing and meeting sales goals. The official designation would be Customer Success Executive.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in lead generation and prospecting by using various online and offline tools and methods like cold calling, emails, events etc.
- Identify potential clients and establish relationships to understand their needs and requirements.
- Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
